Nice staff. Good location if you want a quiet part of town, close to bars and restaurants. Clean and modern decor

Cons:

4 star hotel yet lacked 4 star facilities. Bar/restaurant closed downstairs with no prior warning. No tea/coffee making facilities or fridge in room. Terrace furniture quite stained/worn looking. Would expect a little more from a 4 star hotel

We loved the area close to the beach
Cons:

Room design
No facilities to make coffee or tea
Reception didn’t print out my receipt when ask for the night before leaving - they will print in the morning g, then the morning staff couldn’t print out either.

Pros:

La cama era muy cómoda, estaba todo muy limpio, y teníamos balcón. La ubicación, junto a Ondarreta, estaba muy bien, en una zona llena de bares pero tranquila y no tan turística.

Cons:

Nada, aunque se hace raro que el baño esté tan "integrado" en la habitación.

Good location, very nice room. Easy to catch the bus.

I think the mattress is our room could be upgraded as it was a little bit lumpy. Other than that it was a great stay though!

Pros:

Хорошая локация, 3 минуты от набережной. Возле отеля несколько баров/кофеен, мазгазины. Чисто, удобно

Cons:

Не было холодильника, чайника, посуды
Уборка была «формальной» - просто застелили кровать и все. Несмотря на эти минусы мы довольны размещением и рекомендуем его.

Fijne locatie in een gezellige straat
Pros:

Mooie kamer op een fijne locatie dichtbij het strand en de mooie boulevard. Het is 20-25 minuten lopen naar het historisch centrum maar in de buurt van het hotel zijn genoeg bussen. In de straat zijn veel restaurantjes. We hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van het ontbijt in het café van het hotel, het was daar erg ongezellig met mensen die daar op hun laptop aan het werk waren, dus ontbeten we tegenover het hotel bij de bakkerij. Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Onze kamer werd iedere dag netjes schoongemaakt.

Cons:

Zoals te lezen bij de vele recensies is de badkamer piepklein en de wastafel midden in de kamer, erg onhandig. Daarnaast zijn er geen haakjes om je handdoeken op te hangen, slechts eentje precies naast de wc pot, niet zo hygiënisch, terwijl er genoeg lege muren waren. Een heerlijk bed maar slappe kussens. Er was een waterkoker op de kamer maar geen koffiemachine. Waarom niet? We stootten telkens ons hoofd tegen de tv die precies op het looppad hing.

Konaklamamızdan çok memnun kaldık. Otelin en büyük avantajı muhteşem konumu. Deniz ve plaja yürüyerek birkaç dakikada ulaşabiliyorsunuz. San Sebastián’ın en güzel noktalarını rahatlıkla keşfetme imkânı sunuyor. Odalar temiz ve konforlu, personel ise güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Şehri gezmek, plajın keyfini çıkarmak ve merkezi bir konumda konaklamak isteyenler için harika bir tercih. Tekrar geldiğimizde yine tercih edeceğimiz bir otel
