Martha at the front desk was exceptional!;
Staff friendliness
Location and pet friendly
All was good
Staff - they tried their best to provide a good service. It is still Fairmont - some prestige can be felt though it was not what I expected
Letters of the sign on the facade (up on the very top and also above the entrance) do not have all the lights, so they are only partially visible at night - it is a shame for Fairmont. Rooms are very small, sound isolation between the room and the corridor is terrible - I could hear 100% of everything that was happening behind the door. They did not have any heat and a few days when it was cold we feel uncomfortable. I am afraid this is one of the worst Fairmont hotels in North America.
Property is in desperate need of refurbishment
Damaged, dated rooms that felt dirty.
Friendly door staff
No conditioner/empty conditioner bottle in shower
Didn't have breakfast but the location can't be beat.
Construction happening during my stay
High security. Doors locked after hours
Wifi was down. Wasn’t told about ongoing constructions works until payment was made.
The light from the window.
The mattress was too soft and the shower noisy.
