Pros:

Alles was relaxed! Goed ontvangen, duidelijke instructies over de liften om naar de juiste kamer te komen, grote en ruime kamers, erg netjes en schoon. Het voordeel is dat er ook nog aardig wat winkels en restaurantjes in de buurt zitten om eten en drinken te halen. De shuttle service is top, rijd op de afgesproken tijd. Ideaal verblijf voor als je moet vliegen!

They turned off the Air conditioner from main until and when we called them asked about A/C they said it's off from Main until because it's Cold ! Staff feel cold so they turned off the main unit doesn't make any sense and they told us if you feel hot open the window , We tried but there is horn noise coming from highway.

View, location was ok.

Cons:

Previously we stayed at a different Holiday Inn in Hangzhou, which was three times cheaper, but the service and rooms were three times better. Here we didn't know we had a free breakfast and a complementary ride to the NECC exhibition center. The room didn't even have USB ports, and there was no plug at all next to my side of the bed. The foil of the previous guests' toothpaste hadn't been removed during our 2 days stay. Oh, and it was my first time when at the king bed there are only two pillows.
