Cons:

The air conditioning was very poor. Very ineffective and loud. It didn’t work in our second room, and I met a guest who said it didn’t work in there’s. Clearly a problem to be improved as the summer heat increases

In short, this is not a 4-star hotel if you ask me.
Pros:

I liked the room, it was spacious and the bed was comfortable. There is also a big TV and a nice reading chair. I also liked that the parking was secure (underground and with locked gate).
The staff was nice.

Cons:

The bathroom was old and crusty, there was hair on the towels and in the bath. The magnification miror was far from the sink and the bidet didn’t work properly. The towels seemed old because they were not soft.
The room didn’t have real AC. It’s a small standing unit plugged to the window. It worked… a little, but made so much noise, I had to turn it off.
Also, there is no restaurant for lunch or dinner at the hotel… and in the town of Cecinero. I recommand planning a reservation at a restaurant in a town nearby.
Breakfast was ok, not good but not bad.
In short, this is not a 4-star hotel if you ask me.

Que les groupes fassent le petit déjeuner à part car il n’y a plus de place et le bruit est très fort et après, il ne reste rien.. pas de fruit, plus de confitures

Cons:

Dünne Wände und Türen, so dass Geräusche vom Flur oder Nachbarzimmer stark zu hören waren.
