Pros:

Hotel má skvělou, strategickou polohu, vše udržované. Hezká zahrada a bazén. Vypíchla bych slečnu a mladíka v bazénovém baru, byli moc fajn. Určitě bychom se znovu vrátili. Moc dobré snídaně.

Cons:

Když mi obsluha u snídaně, odnášela prostírání během jídla. Nevhodné a neslušné, když byla jídelna skoro prázdná. Jeden rušivý element urputného servisu. Jinak všechno super.

Excelente en todo, personal , limpieza y ubicación
Pros:

El personal tan amable, tan profesional. Siempre te reciben con una sonrisa.
La limpieza y cuidado de las instalaciones, todo impecable , la sensación de bienestar y lujo al momento de entrar.
Cuidan los detalles y hacen sentir al cliente tranquilo y seguro para que sólo se preocupen de disfrutar. Es un acierto seguro

Cons:

No poder quedarnos más tiempo, fuimos para ver un concierto. Si tenemos la oportunidad de volver tenemos claro donde alojarnos.

Disappointing response to acknowledged issues
Cons:

While I accept that the hotel cannot control construction on a neighbouring property, I feel that management should advise guests of construction work. Our balcony was covered in a layer of dust which resulted in an inability to use the balcony for the entirety of our stay. We requested to be moved room on our arrival and on three other occasions. We were advised that it was not possible when we asked but that the hotel would revert the next day as guests were changing on a daily basis. The hotel never attempted to contact us or assist in any way. On our departure we were told we should have gone back to them , which we did three times, all to no avail. Finally the management acknowledged that his team needed more training!!!

The hotel was beautiful, the staff was friendly and attentive and the room was big.
Pros:

The property was exceptionally clean and well maintained. It really feels like a brand new elevated hotel. You won't be disappointed in this respect.

Cons:

The food/bar options felt a bit limited. The bar was staffed lightly so it was difficult sometimes to quickly get what you needed.
