Très agréable séjour

L emplacement

Cons:

Arrivée à l hotel vers 19 h 30 pas de conciergerie… pour un 4* c est inadmissible.
Seul contact possible une borne qui vous enregistre et prend la taxe de séjour.
Système de porte de chambre qui s ouvre avec le téléphone portable…
Le progrès c est bien mais je préfère l interaction humaine…
Étant venu en voiture aucune information pour le parking de l hotel…
Obligé de laisser le vl dans la rue sans aucune information sur les standards du stationnement espagnol .
Et encore plusieurs petites choses…
bref rien que pour ça même si l hotel est bien situé, propre et confortable je ne reviendrai pas.

Très bel hôtel bien placé.

Cons:

Faire le check in sur la tablette et ne pouvoir réserver le parking qu'après 20h auprès de la personne à l'accueil, et impossible de le faire sur la plateforme

Food and coffee were very good.

Cons:

Communication between office/hotel could have been better. There were several events that had been cancelled but we were not informed, was told the info was all on the Web, what has happened with the folder with all the info re the hotel in it????

I would choose this lovely hotel again 1000％
Pros:

The room with a prime location facing Church Square has an excellent view. The room is neatly furnished, the staff will tidy up the room every day, and the supplies are complete. The super friendly front desk staff, especially Dani, you'll love chatting with him, he has such great vibe.

Cons:

The only problem is that the bathroom door lock looks broken. Sometimes I worry that I'll lock myself inside and won't be able to get out.

Dommage pour la piscine et le dédommagement promis jamais reçu
Pros:

L’emplacement de l’hôtel sur la place de l’église le restaurant est point positif de cet hôtel les repas sont très bon et leurs personnels est très pro souriant et très agréable.

Cons:

Une piscine impraticable et une promesse de remboursement partiel qui ne s’est pas faite.
5 nuits dans un hôtel avec ados choisi en principal pour sa piscine et qu’elle soit verte fond et parois sale gluant et glissant pendant 3 jours sur les 5 vraiment dommage.
