La atención del personal y la buena predisposición para solucionar inconvenientes

Cons:

El frío de esos pasillos es exagerado para llegar a tu habitación. Excesivo cemento , poco verde, el desayuno excepto el café que x sorpresa está bien. Olor a humedad. Las almohadas malas. Valoramos calidad precio claro está. La habitación que nos habían asignado olía a alguien que recién había defecado pero a pesar de la alta ocupación el personal nos dio una solución y nos cambió habitación. Es un lugar donde parece que está más orientado al modelo all inclusive para jubilados. Un 7

The hotel location, pools, and overall space of the room was amazing. The breakfast was also very good

Cons:

It would be a good idea to have a boiler in the rooms. Guests can make themselves some coffee/tea during their stay. Another point is also regarding the parking. There is so many free parking spaces on the street, wouldnt make sense to charge guests or atleast 5Euros a night is enough.

Hotel súper cómodo para unos días con niños
Pros:

Lo mejor fue el personal. Desde la recepción, el restaurante y, sobre todo, la animación infantil, mantuvieron un trato excelente.
El hotel está súper limpio, la cocina es buena y tiene todo tipo de espacios de recreo, pero lo que les hace diferentes es que tienen mucho personal y muy educado y entregado.

Cons:

Podrían mejorar la zona de la piscina colocando más vegetación o, al menos, césped aunque sea artificial. Es un gran espacio de hormigón que necesitaría algo más de verde. Aunque por su ubicación en estas fechas no es caluroso, es una cuestión estética que mejoraría enormemente el paisaje.

Es waren Gruppen mit mindestens 50-100
Jugendlichen anwesend, die einen höllischen Lärm gemacht haben...schnell Essen und raus
