On a tout aimé ! Rien à dire ! Le personnel est exceptionnel. Nous avons eu un problème de clim pendant notre séjour et l'hotel a tout fait pour nous compenser. La chambre (grandeur, déco, propreté, accessoires) a dépassé nos attentes et nous étions enchanté !
Fantastisk hotel med en perfekt beliggenhed i hjertet af Sevilla. Personalet var utroligt venlige, imødekommende og professionelle fra første øjeblik. Værelset var smukt, meget rent, moderne og komfortabelt, og sengen var blandt de bedste, vi har sovet i. Atmosfæren på hotellet var rolig og elegant, og man følte sig virkelig velkommen. Det var vores første besøg i Sevilla, og hotellet gjorde oplevelsen helt særlig. Vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage og vil varmt anbefale stedet til alle.
