Amazing staff. Great location and hotel overall was fantastic!
We had to leave!
All the staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast was very good, if anything we had to ask for smaller portions as they were so generous.
When we go again we will ask for a room with a bath. Our shower was good but abath would be great after a day walking around Seville.

Everything. Very quiet despite busy area. Close to many of the popular sights and shopping. Room is well designed with enough space to function well. Special mention for staff Andrea who went above and beyond to accommodate our requests!
Nothing
beautifully restored/updated building with an atmospheric interior courtyard on entering (which also served as the breakfast dining area, which was a wonderful way to enjoy breakfast). Welcoming very friendly and caring staff at reception, at breakfast, cleaning. Every time we passed reception going in/out they'd check we needed a cold drink and offered bottled water to take with us (as temperatures were very high). Also bowls of different little sweets in public areas. Lovely pool on the roof terrace with many different intimate separate seating areas on the roof and lovely city views. marble floors and a lift. Decoratively there were many nice touches including original artwork by Spanish artists, very comfortable furniture all of which were of good design and quality. stepping out of our room we could overlook the interior atrium/courtyard. The intimacy of the hotel combined with the friendliness and warmth of all the staff made one feel very comfortably at ease; we felt like welcomed guests in a private home. A most amazing breakfast, plentiful and with such a variety of choice and course after course! The breakfast staff and chef were really lovely and good humoured. We liked stepping out directly into a vibrant area with plenty of easy routes to walk to places of interest, shops and eating options

Great breakfast, pool and roof top. And the rooms were great. Best of all the staff are really helpful. We'd definitely stay there again.
Such an incredible team of women working at this hotel. They were so friendly and accomodating throughout our entire stay. They even had our room prepared early which was a nice welcome to Seville. The hotel is beautiful and breakfast was delicious and plentiful each morning.
