The conversion to accommodation was thoughtful and professional. The location was great. Communication with staff prior to our stay was prompt and helpful. The roof garden!! Huge bathrooms!! Loved it.

Great stay and would stay again is we had the opportunity.
Pros:

Great location! Very large unit, great space, king size comfortable beds, a bathroom in each bedroom. Very clean.
Liked the upstairs patio area. Although there isn’t a washer and dryer in the room, they are available on the floor below which was great!
Also, communication was great and quick response to any questions we had.

Cons:

Walls between the two bedrooms are very thin so everything you say can be heard in each room. Lol.

Would love to see a wee bit of coffee left for arrival. If you come in at night and haven’t been able to go to a store, it would be helpful and welcoming. Also perhaps some napkins or paper towel?? Otherwise the place is very well equipped.

The location was wonderful and we all felt safe being there. The apartments were nice and clean
Pros:

Clean apartment, comfortable beds, nice laundry facility, plenty of dishes and kitchen utensils, great shower with plenty of towels and shampoo/soap

Cons:

disappointed there was no coffee, paper towels or information about where to get groceries, wine and pharmacy needs
2 of the bedside lamps did not work - one didn't even have a bulb
bed frame corners were a hazard to our shins - I gashed mine the first night and it became infected
there were large dust balls under the beds
more hangers in the bedrooms and some shelves would be nice so we don't have to live out of the suitcase

It was so bare bones, nothing on the walls but mostly no provisions like a start up package with a little coffee, tea, map of area etc

Pas besoin de clés juste un code.

Cons:

Prises qui ne fonctionnent pas dans la chambre.

Pros:

Great location, steps from the heart of Old Quebec City. Many restaurants nearby, everything within walking distance. Clean and updated property with washer and dryer available for free.

Really enjoyed the property.
Pros:

We were in the heart of Old Quebec City within easy walking distance of all the major sites and restaurants. Information on where to park was provided and very helpful.

Cons:

A TV that provided cable channels would have been nice as we were eager to watch the Stanley Cup final game that night. The curtain to separate one of the two bedrooms from the rest of the room was a little odd. Not sure why they wouldn't put in a second bedroom door.

Spacious and comfortable
Pros:

A magnificent apartment, spacious and very comfortable. Well equipped kitchen and good sized bathroom. Very close to some great restaurants and a wonderful cafe for breakfast. It is also very close to the famous shopping street in downtown and just 200m from secure parking.

Cons:

The only issue was the talking noise in the wall adjoining the bedroom, not too bad but annoying. We were in room 301 so try to avoid if you can.

Cons:

Il manquait plusieurs items …, aucun linge à vaisselle ou guénille pour nettoyer le comptoir, pas de planche à découper pour couper les légumes …, pas très lumineux. Pas un vrai 2cc
