Could do with rooms cleaned daily, as floors get Sandy due to location of hotel
Reception staff on arrival at midnight ignored us and took phone call. Wasn’t forthcoming with information, eg where was breakfast, what time was breakfast
In rooftop swimming area, towels were put on beds with nobody on them for hours, despite this not being allowed. Suggest staff need to be vigilant/ disciplined in monitoring this
El hotel me encantó ,muy moderno y cuidado.
Las habitaciones muy cómodas con todo lo necesario para hacer la estancia más agradable, tiene un hervidor de agua junto con café e infusiones para tomar después de un día de playa y relajarse antes de bajar a cenar, un detalle como zumos o gominolas que también se agradece ,tiene una neverita que es muy útil para tener siempre agua o refrescos fríos .
El salón donde se da el desayuno y la cena muy bien y la comida excelente, volveremos SEGURO

Very helpful friendly staff on reception. Great location in the heart of old town but no noise disturbances. Lovely roof top pool area with some light entertainment in the evening and great cocktails. Breakfast was excellent, very fresh food with so much choice and lovely staff to greet you and ensure you had a seat. Free courtesy room for late checkout

Fantastic roof top pool
Location was perfect, very nice hotel (modern and stylish throughout). Breakfast was superb. Rooftop bar and area was great although the pool was a little small so was packed with people most of the time but nothing major.
The lifts weren’t easy to use - lots of guests struggled to work out how to navigate them. You had to use your card but it didn’t always work and then you went up and down a lot. Was quite funny the conversations with guests in the lifts about this!
