En primer lugar, la ubicación. Excepcional. En segundo lugar, el personal (en mi caso, más concretamente Marylen y Oscar de recepción) cuya amabilidad y buen hacer nos hicieron sentir en casa. Pero más allá de personas concretas, destaco la amabilidad. La habitación, muy cómoda, limpia y bien aislada que permitía el descanso. La comida, muy buena, siendo un bufet impecable. Y por último el rooftop. Fantástico. Repetiré
Nada que no me gustara
The rooms were well appointed and clean but noisy because of the surrounding strip. Nice touches like bottle of cava for my birthday. Good prompt cleaning service. Nice friendlyreception staff.
The pool area was cramped and the staff serving quite grumpy. Breakfast was chaotic and the woman cooking eggs in the latter part of our stay was overstressed and served undercooked imedible eggs. Egg guy earlier was brilliant. The breakfast buffet ran out of basics which took too long to get replenished. Lifts inadequate although largely due to the stupidty of other guests.

Location! Best location in all of Benidorm in our view. Straight into the sea.
Staff we're brilliant on reception, at breakfast and cleaning rooms. All really helpful and friendly.
Breakfast was good with plenty of options for everyone. Check out at 12pm which was perfect for us.
We stayed in a deluxe suite and the bed was probably the most comfortable bed we've slept in, in a hotel. Wonderful.

Nice big beach towels which you can exchange for clean ones.
We didn't use the pool. It didn't look like clean water so we didn't chance it which was a shame. (Looked like old bath water)
The tea and coffee making facilities were very poor for a 4 star hotel. Worse still you had to pay to have them replenished which I thought was a real cheap move for a large hotel chain.
The fridge in the room didn't get that cold.
Sounds like small faults but it's very expensive hotel.
The staff are nice, the location is PERFECT
Just focus more on cleaning the rooms but overall all is good

Todo muy moderno de estilo retro, la ubicación es muy buena, el desayuno muy completo y estaba todo muy bueno.
La habitación con terraza, fue decepcionante, dos metros cuadrados de balcón y frente a un muro.
Roof top bar was amazing
Staff leaving me stood at bar and walking past me, knowing I was trying to order drinks for 25 minutes after they had just finished serving the lady in front - after 25 minutes I was finally told by a staff member that they dont usually serve that side of the bar on a night. Even though they had juat served the lady in front and the barman walked past me 4 times without saying anything- annoying 😑
The restaurant and food was top class. The layout of the hotel and room in particular was very good. And the locatio9n of the hotel was fantastic.
If I was really picky, then the view from the room not great but not everyone can have see views.
Very clean, staff was excellent, breakfast was lovely and the location was exactly what we wanted.
10am for roof top pool, Maybe 9am would of been better

La piscina es muy pequeño, no vale nada para nadar pero la terraza arriba del hotel es súper chulo
