All the staff were cheerful and helpful. Excellent Location next to Conference Center. Rooftop bar and bites! Comfortable beds and rooms. Small pool, nice gym.

Fantastic location
I wasn’t impressed with your room cleaning each day new towels is all and garbage emptied. No sink washed or floors swept or a bed made? Why is that
The hotel is clean, modern with good parking and the location was very good.
The breakfast offering in the restaurant is very limited, brunch food is not breakfast food.
The shower is nice and spacious but there are no hand supports, there are no shelves for soap or shampoo, there is no where to hang a facecloth and the shower controls are at the opposite end from the shower head. It is a nice looking shower but the design is totally impractical and the architect who designed it should never be allowed to come near a bathroom again!

Location was ideal for my requirement to be at the Convention Centre. Restaurant was very good. Staff were courteous and professional.

The check in employee was on the phone when we arrived and did not acknowledge us for a long time. The people above us were very loud both in the later evening and early morning.

Nice newer property in a great location to access the sports complex. Also not a far walk from the lake. The bed was super comfortable and the room itself pleasant enough.
No bathtub even though we reserved the deluxe king suite, so that was disappointing. The shower had lower water pressure and couldn’t get the temperature right. Also there were hand prints all over the windows which I had to wipe off with a paper towel so could enjoy the view.
