Sejour tres agreable dans cet hotel au coeur d une ville ou il fait bon vivre
Pros:

La salle du petit déjeuner agréable et confortable. Le personnel efficace, disponnible, performant a l'écoute et souriant. La nourriture excellente et variée. Ambiance calme et détendue et chaleureuse.

Cons:

Rien à redire tout etait parfait.

Buoni ma mi aspettavo di più
Pros:

Belle camere in una struttura storica in posizione centralissima, personale molto cordiale e veramente disponibile.

Cons:

C'erano alcuni dettagli inizialmente non proprio all'altezza delle aspettative, ma il personale se n'è preso cura ogni volta:
La porta del terrazzo si apriva male (sarà risolto appena possibile), nei primi giorni c'era un odere sgradevole nell'atrio (questo purtroppo può succedere col vento da sud nel centro storico), mancava l'antizanzare (ma ci è stato procurato appena richiesto), l'acqua di cortesia mancava il secondo giorno (ma ci è stata portata su richiesta).
In generale c’è ampio margine di miglioramento, sì per cura delle camere che per gli spazi comuni considerando che vuole essere un hotel a 4 stelle.

Beautifully preserved ancient city, outstanding architecture, restaurants and shopping.
Pros:

We were given a wonderful welcome by Isa and her team. This is a fabulous, modern, clean hotel with superb colourful decor and facilities cleverly converted in an old building in the very heart of the ancient city centre. Everywhere was a short walk including the cathedral, port area, superb bars and restaurants. Yet the hotel and the room were very quiet and cool and always welcoming. We were given a door entry code which was extremely useful for the times when reception was not staffed. Isa gave superb advice for our trip.

Cons:

Although, there was a wide choice of pre-prepared cold dishes at breakfast, fresh fruit was limited however and orange juice, packaged yoghurt somewhat disappointing.
Also visitors with mobility issues should know that there are rightly severe restrictions on traffic in this ancient city and therefore your taxi will drop you off at the nearest point (Placa del Pins) which means a five+ minute walk with luggage.

A excepción de un pequeño detalle con la cama, todo genial.
Pros:

Casi todo en general, muy limpio, el personal muy amable, el desayuno es buenísimo.

Cons:

Solo un pequeño detalle, soy bastante grande, 1.90 y peso 130Kg. Y la cama, en lugar de ser una de matrimonio eran dos camas individuales juntas y eso me incomodó un poco, si me movía al centro de la cama, las camas se separaban un poco.

Très bonne adresse, je recommande
Pros:

Je recommande vivement cet établissement. L'endroit est très calme, bien situé dans un joli cadre. Le personnel est très sympathique, le petit déjeuné exceptionnel, très varié et copieux. J'y retournerai !

Es war ok mit viel Verbesserungspotential

Gute Lage mitten in Ciutadella. Unser Zimmer hatte einen Balkon.

Cons:

Das Frühstück hat uns nicht zugesagt. Die zubereiteten Speisen lagen zu lange und waren fast alle trocken. Der Kaffee aus einer Kapselmaschine war wirklich nicht gut und ist heutzutage auch nicht mehr angebracht (Thema Nachhaltigkeit). Es gab zwar viel Auswahl aber man sollte eventuell mehr auf Qualität als auf Quantität setzen. Unser Zimmer war zwar geräumig aber in Sachen Hygiene ist noch Luft nach oben.
Leider hat es während unseres Aufenthalts im gesamten Hotel stark nach Abfluss gerochen.
Das Personal haben wir als nicht so freundlich empfunden. Wir wurden wiederholt auf französisch angesprochen, obwohl wir kein französisch sprechen und zudem in Spanien waren.

Très agréable, un bon souvenir de Ciutadella et de l'hôtel Maia
Pros:

Très bel établissement, extrêmement bien situé à 2 pas du centre historique, chambre petite mais confortable, belle terrasse, petit-déjeuner copieux, bons produits et personnel super gentil.

Cons:

Nous avons eu un souci de bruit causé par le voisinage d'un bar qui venait d'ouvrir mais la réactivité de l'hôtel Maia a été immédiate et affirmée. Aucun doute pour que l'incident ne soit pas renouvelé...
