Pros:

La posizione comoda a due passi dal mare vicino ai mezzi per andare dappertutto. La struttura accogliente e moderna con una bella piscina che pulivano tutte le mattine

Cons:

L’aria condizionata un po troppo forte e il cibo da italiana mi sento di dire che a volte ha un po’ peccato, se sei italiano per alcuni piatti patisci un po’ ma tutto sommato variava abbastanza quindi sopportabile

Habitación amplia y cómoda, desayuno espectacular

Cons:

Te cobran todo cambio de toallas en pileta 3 euros, seguro toallones 15 euros y el uso de la caja de seguridad. En booking figura como que la propiedad daba el servicio incluido y al llegar querían cobrar un extra.

Excelente opción para Alojarse en Magaluf ,muy cerca de todo ,hay muchos Restaurantes ,Supermercados, Bares, hay prácticamente de todo . Mucho ambiente por la noche . La ubicación es Fantástica, 5 minutos de la playa y zona de Ocio . Hay dos Parking Municipales gratuitos muy cerca del Hotel ( 3 minutos )Relación calidad precio estupenda. El auto check-in va bien, pero yo siempre preferiría una cálida sonrisa de bienvenida.

Cons:

En mi baño la tapa del váter se despegaba, el porta papeles también, la limpieza podía mejorar.

Excellent rapport qualité / prix, très bon emplacement.
Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel idéal permettant d'avoir facilement accès aux restaurants, superette, bars, plage, ATM etc.
L'hôtel est conforme aux photos, sa récente rénovation le rend agréable; le buffet est ouvert de 8h à 13h30 sans interruption et est relativement complet. Le prix des consommations est plus que raisonnable (2.60€ la pression, 8€ le cocktail, 4€ la sangria etc).
Les chambres disposent d'une grande terrasse très agréable.
Le personnel est très agréable, tout s'est bien passé du check in au check out.
Gros + à mon sens; le rapport qualité / prix exceptionnel ainsi que la présence d'un centre médical 24/24 7/7 juste à côté de l'hôtel.
Une blanchisserie ainsi qu'une salle de sport complète sont également présentes.
Je recommande à 100% !!

Struttura moderna, pulita e con tutti i servizi.. Noi avevamo la camera doppia con il balcone che affacciava sulla piscina e devo dire davvero bello!
Staff della reception super gentile e disponibile!
La posizione è ottima.. 5/7 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia, supermercato a 2 minuti. Hanno anche un servizio lavanderia self service (a pagamento) molto utile per chi soggiorna per più di 3 giorni..! Lo consiglio!

Due cose soltanto per essere sincera:
Lo staff tutto super gentile e disponibile, ma abbiamo avuto davvero una brutta esperienza con la donna delle pulizie. ANTIPATICA, MALEDUCATA E DAVVERO POCO PROFESSIONALE.. sembrava odiare il suo lavoro e di conseguenza tratta male i clienti! Le abbiamo domandato la semplice cortesia di pulire prima la stanza difronte alla nostra per darci la possibilità finire di prepararci (ci mancavano 10 minuti) così poi da lasciare che lavorasse in tranquillità.. e non siamo state degnate neanche di uno sguardo.. ed abbiamo avuto una risposta con un “verso” che non sapevamo interpretare.. alche ci siamo girate,poiché ci siamo rimaste davvero male! Comunque la stanza è stata “pulita” in maniera a dir poco imbarazzante.. ma vabbè… esperienza comunque molto positiva in generale!
Buffet hanno sempre le stesse cose senza molta varietà, ma la qualità del cibo è media!
