Absolutely SUPERBB!!!
Pros:

this hotel was exceptional, but what really made my stay unforgettable was the incredible hospitality.

I was greeted by the lovely Belen, who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Completely unbeknown to her, I had just split up with my boyfriend and was going through a bit of an emotional time. She very kindly surprised me with a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful suite, and I cannot explain how much that small act of kindness meant to me. Sometimes people make a difference to your day without even realising it, and Belen absolutely did that for me.

The hotel itself is simply stunning. The interiors, the atmosphere, the beautiful surroundings and the attention to detail are everything you could wish for in a luxury Ibiza escape. It has that perfect balance of sophistication, relaxation and understated Ibiza glamour.

I absolutely loved every moment of my stay. It was exactly what I needed, and I left feeling refreshed, happy and already wanting to return.

What makes a hotel truly exceptional isn't just the beautiful rooms or luxurious surroundings, it's the people who make you feel special. Belen is an absolute credit to Mondrian, and I really hope the management recognises what an incredible asset she is.

Without question, one of my favourite hotel experiences ever, and somewhere I'll return to every time I'm in Ibiza.

Thank you, Mondrian Ibiza, and especially Belen, for turning what could have been a difficult trip into such a wonderful memory. ❤️

I have stayed at many places in Ibiza and this was by far my favourite - there wasn't anything I could fault tbh - only that I could of stayed longer

11/10. We loved every minute.
Pros:

Stylish, clean and comfortable. Love the sea view suite. We stayed 5 days with a 9 month old and had the best vacation of the year. Loved the availability of pool loungers and towels in September and the attentive staff and the morning breakfast selection. Lots of families with babies. The proximity to the sea was perfect. The concierge team made a super thoughtful present for my husbands bday. The French server with the mustache at the Japanese resto was world class. Live music acts were also very impressive Just overall an amazing vacay.

Cons:

Lack of water. Two small daily cans in room and no filtered water anywhere. People stealing free water from the gym. Only 6 euro bottles at the bars and restaurants. It just seems like something that could be more freely available at a warm destination.

The location , the design and the pool and gym area. The Japanese restaurant with outdoor on floor 4 is also very nice and good
Interior and hotel character are really Ibiza style

Cons:

My room upon check in not super clean (hair here and there)
The roof of the entrance building has some air con pipes and keep always producing a noise which makes staying in the balcony not nice at all.

I had a wonderful stay at the Mondrian Hotel. Honestly, one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in, with an exceptional level of service. What made the experience truly special was the staff — incredibly friendly, professional, attentive, and always welcoming with a genuine smile. Every detail was taken care of, and I felt comfortable and well looked after throughout my stay. A beautiful hotel with an amazing team that truly makes the difference. I would happily return and highly recommend it!
