Good but required more attention to guests complaints
Pros:

The hotel is very stylish, fresh and very well located. There is no need to get sun beds on the beach as you can walk down from the hotel directly to the sea - that was the reason I choose this hotel

Cons:

Unfortunately, despite a variety of facilities, we had a bad experience due to negligence of the staff. For three nights we had a problem with an air conditioning turned on every night automatically at the temperature of 21 degrees. Note: we switched it off on purpose every night, however it is strangely repeatedly switched on. I left a complaint at the reception and it seemed a concern for them but eventually no one showed up to fix it. As a result - we both ended up having a cough and temperature at the end of our stay. It is really so sad the vacation was spoiled because of that.
The stuff at the restaurant looked lost at the breakfast - everyone had to catch them to order. The rest is ok.

Pros:

Tout était bien pensé. L’hôtel sublime, l’entrée et le lobby parfaits et l’odeur du Labo très agréable. La chambre était très spacieuse et agréable.

Cons:

Le seul problème est qu’il faut payer les transats même au bord de la piscine.

Pros:

I had a truly fabulous stay at the Mondrian Ibiza. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for.

We experienced an issue with our room upon check-in, but the manager, Jaime, handled it immediately and professionally. He upgraded us to a better room and even treated us to a round of drinks at the bar while everything was being sorted out. What could have been a frustrating experience was turned into a great example of outstanding customer service.

The entire team made us feel at home throughout our stay, and a special mention goes to Charlie at the bar, who was incredibly friendly and attentive. It’s staff like Jaime and Charlie who make a hotel experience truly memorable.

We were genuinely sad to leave and are already looking forward to returning next year. The hotel, service, atmosphere, and overall experience were exceptional—easily a 10/10 stay.

Cons:

The only minor drawback was that taxis to and from Cala Llonga can be somewhat infrequent, which occasionally led to longer wait times. That said, it didn’t take away from what was otherwise a perfect holiday.

Thank you to the entire Mondrian Ibiza team—we can’t wait to come back!
