The rooftop pool area with the restaurant and bar was a real highlight; great atmosphere and beautiful view. The staff was super kind and attentive throughout our visit. Bonus points for the gummy bears in the lobby; such a sweet little detail that made us smile.
The water pressure was disappointing – for a 4-star hotel, this is really a no-go. Barely any water comes out of the tap or the shower, and the temperature is either ice cold or scalding hot, with nothing in between. We mentioned it at reception, but unfortunately I don't think it was just our room – it seemed like a hotel-wide issue.
The location is also quite far from the city center, which might be a downside for guests who want to see everything quickly.
And the breakfast… we stayed 5 nights and it was exactly the same every single day – no small changes, no little variety. It got really boring; on the last two days we just had coffee and ate out instead. A bit more variety would make a big difference.

Le tarif pour les chiens est excessif !!! 18€ la nuit + 60€ de ménage pour le séjour
Je n'ai jamais payé autant pour un séjour avec mon petit chien et pourtant il est très habitué aux hôtels
Le supplément de ménage à 60€ devrait être facturé seulement si il y a besoin d'un ménage supplémentaire c'est aberrant !!!!
The hotel was beautiful, the rooftop was great as well as the pool which is a bit smaller than in pictures but still looked amazing. The room was specious and very modern, the bed was sooo comfortable. The hotel was very clean and had a modern design.
Location wise the hotel is set in a very quiet neighbourhood, and it's a bit far from the city center. Metro access its not that good, all metro access from the hotel are at least 15minute walk. Also I really hated the smell of the shampoo in the rooms its very minty in a bad way.

The bar area/sky pool was not operating. Went upstairs for a drink and they were filming content maybe for a page, I was completely ignored no one looked at me, so I left.
Rien à redire, tout était parfait du début à la fin. La literie est extrêmement confortable, la propreté irréprochable et le petit déjeuner absolument délicieux avec beaucoup de choix. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Je recommande cet hôtel les yeux fermés !
Loved the location, the size/look of the rooms and beds, the gym was amazing and you could tell it was set up by someone who knows their way around a gym, the bar and pool area at the 14th floor was amazing as well. Breakfast was one of the better ones we have experienced in Spain but I still think there could have been more options. The location of the hotel is in a rather quiet neighbourhood, but if you walk a little you get to a nice Rambla and it only takes 15 minutes to get to the inner city of Barcelona with public transport, there are underground, Bus and Tram stations 5-10 minutes from the hotel.
The corridors leading to the rooms smelled unpleasant and the bathroom started smelling like a swamp on the second day.
The hotel was really nice—modern and brand new. The staff were amazing. However, the location was really inconvenient—it’s far from everything, with nothing nearby, not even a restaurant. The hotel’s restaurant had a very limited menu, and on some nights, when they had events, they didn’t offer any food at all. For the price I paid, I could have found a better hotel in the city center.
