Hôtel parfait qui rend le voyage vraiment plus beau!
Pros:

Hôtel fantastique luxe et calme, un accueil d'une qualité incroyable, les chambre confort maximum, propreté parfaire, idéal pour un couple qui cherche le calme, la vue est a tombé et le prestation nous donne l'impression d'être extrêmement privilégié !

Kleine Oase!
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr nett und bemüht. Nur die Englisch Kenntnisse könnten verbessert werden ;) dadurch sind ab und Missverständnisse entstanden. Die Zimmer und das ganze Design ist perfekt und eine richtige Oase in mitten der Vulkanlandschaft.

Wir hatten mit dem Besitzer schon gesprochen, dass wir das angebotene Filterwasser evtl. nicht so gut vertragen haben. Als wir unser eigenes Wasser aus dem Supermarkt nutzten, ging es uns gut. Kaum nutzten wir das vor Ort?! Aber das ist auch nur ein Verdacht.

Cons:

Wir wollten das Hotel nicht verlassen und haben wenig von der Insel gesehen ;)

Das Essen ist sehr sehr lecker und hochwertig, aber nicht ganz günstig. Die Frühstückskarte könnte noch verbessert werden.

L’architecture, la déco, la piscine, le petit déjeuner, la vue, le jardin, la chambre côté montagne avec la baignoire, le dîner et les différents points de vue sublimes

Cons:

Il faut revoir le petit déjeuner : trop gras, les plats a ma carte sont mal executes. Le buffet esr assez cheap. Dommage car cest justement ce qui ne donne pas envie de réserver le restaurant le soir.

Colazione ottima, anche se in una settimana è sempre rimasta uguale. Staff della colazione molto gentile e accogliente. Area piscina e bar molto belli. Dettagli curati

Cons:

La camera anche se curata a volte non era molto profumata. In una occasione le pulizie non sono state eseguite a fondo. Le asciugamani per la piscina non sempre venivano cambiate.

Perfect relaxing holiday hotel.
Pros:

The design of the hotel is gorgeous. The staff and the food are 10/10. Everything was very enjoyable and sophisticated without it being over the top. I love the balance of history and contemporary design this hotel presents. The massage was amazing. I liked the outdoor fitness center- very unique. Great place to travel solo, but I would also love to come back sometime with my husband. Loved the breakfast as well.

Cons:

A movable luggage rack in the room would be nice.

Hotel con mucho encanto
Pros:

Ambiente, decoración, comida, personal y perfecta localización

Cons:

a veces se notaba que faltaba el personal, estaría bien tener una persona para el servicio de la piscina. El agua en la piscina un día estaba sucia, pero eso no molestaba disfrutarla.
