Great Hotel
Pros:

Great stay at the Crowne Plaza. We arrived off an early flight and got checked in by the amazing Paloma. She couldn't do enough for us. Spacious room, complimentary water in room and air conditioning was a blessing.
Breakfast had plenty variety to pick from, coffee was good.
We ate at the hotel one night and food was tasty with extremely pleasant staff.
Had small bites in the bar area, great service.
Hotel is located near the Metro for ease of getting about.
Loved our stay, and will be back next time we are in Madrid.

Pros:

Excelente vocación de servicio, atencion muy agradable y dando respuestas inmediatas a cualquier necesidad, y resolviendo asuntos qye no habíamos encontrado en otros hoteles.

Pros:

Habitación impecable, la cama más cómoda en la que he dormido fuera de casa. El staff muy amable y resolutivo.

Cons:

Para turistas con objetivo de conocer la ciudad, esta retirado del punto céntrico, por lo mismo no hay mucha oferta de restaurantes o cafés cercanos. Podrían suministrar una guía a fin de hacerlo más cómodo.
