It was so cute, lovely and very clean. The design was beautiful, unique and fun, with great attention to detail. The pool area was amazing, and the overall atmosphere made our stay really enjoyable

Cons:

Nothing major to dislike. We only stayed for one night and had a great experience overall

Pros:

Cómodo, limpio y con decoración especial. Habitaciones amplias. El personal de limpieza, de las piscinas súper amables.

Cons:

El desayuno tenía fruta fresca, pero los dulces, zumos, y pan eran industriales de calidad media.
Todo está en inglés. Personal de recepción del último día, ni saludar, ni dar los buenos días, resto genial!

Seulement beau en apparence

Le serveur Matias rend le séjour plus agréable

Cons:

- La chambre était vétuste, il n'y a rien on en peut même pas étendre nos serviettes
- L'alarme incendie qui se déclenche constamment même la nuit
- Le bruit des travaux le matin
- Le ménage laissais à désirer, quand il n'y avait pas de PQ ils en remettaient pas, on avait jamais le même nombre de serviette, les draps étaient sales
- La musique à la piscine qui ressemble plus à des berceuses
- Nous n'avions pas nos bagages nous avons prévenu la réception sans nouvelles nous les avons appelé, ils nous ont dis qu'ils n'avaient rien alors que les valises étaient finalement bien à la réception
- L'hôtel est mal situé
- La nourriture proposée est coûteuse
- Nous avons demandé des informations sur les excursions proposées, on nous a dit qu'on nous enverrait les informations, nous les avons jamais reçues et avons du retourner demander à la réception

Excellent séjour
Pros:

Cet hôtel est magnifique, on se croirait dans un film ! Effet waouh garantie !
Le personnel est adorable et toujours aux petits soins.
Les cocktails sont très bons et le restaurant de l'hôtel est très bon également.
Petit déjeuner copieux avec beaucoup de choix.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel entre copines.
