Zentrales Hotel mit Terrasse mit eher schlechtem -Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis

-Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis eher ungenügend
-Dreibettzimmer war ein Doppelzimmer mit Kinderbett. Sehr unbequem. Keine Möglichkeit zu wechseln.
-Öffnungszeiten Pool von 12-18 Uhr. Zudem an mehreren Tagen geschlossen wegen Wind/Wetter.

Un hotel davvero eccezionale !
Pros:

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso all’Hotel Estimar e sinceramente è difficile trovare qualcosa che non sia stato perfetto.

Fin dal primo momento ci siamo sentiti accolti e soprattutto seguiti con una gentilezza e un’attenzione davvero rare. Ogni piccolo dettaglio è curato con grande professionalità, sempre con il sorriso e con la voglia di far stare bene il cliente.

Vorrei ringraziare in modo particolare Ana e Samira, che sono state sempre gentilissime e disponibili, così come tutto il personale della reception. Alla colazione abbiamo conosciuto Julio, una persona davvero premurosa, e anche gli altri ragazzi della sala sono stati fantastici: tutti si sono dati veramente molto da fare per soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza.

La colazione è ottima, la camera era bellissima, pulitissima e molto confortevole, e in tutto l’hotel si percepisce una cura straordinaria della pulizia e dei dettagli.

Anche la posizione è perfetta, comodissima per visitare Valencia e per muoversi in città.

Ma quello che ci ha colpito di più è stato il fattore umano. In ogni momento abbiamo trovato persone gentili, disponibili e attente, che ci hanno fatto sentire non semplicemente clienti, ma veri ospiti.

È stato uno di quei soggiorni in cui alla partenza si pensa già a quando poter tornare.

Grazie di cuore a tutto il team dell’Hotel Estimar per aver reso il nostro soggiorno così piacevole. Avete davvero fatto la differenza! ❤️

Cons:

Das erste Zimmer im 1. Stock war ziemlich laut, wurde sofort gewechselt ohne Probleme.

Excellent, exceeded our expectations
Pros:

The room was amazing. The beds are really comfortable and the bathroom was great. Blackout blinds on the window were helpful. Best of all there is a pillow menu! As a fussy sleeper this was an absolute game changer. Had the best sleep ever. The rooftop was really nice though we only went up once to look at it. The bar area is very chill and service overall was brilliant.

Cons:

My only small negative comment is that there are automatic lights that come on by your feet when you get out of bed which could wake someone up - but they do provide a sleep mask so this solves that problem. Otherwise no complaints :)
