Great location
Pros:

Friendly staff, good sized room and very clean - a great central location easy walking distance to tourist Granada’s attractions, shops and restaurants. The rooftop pool is small but nice to cool off from the heat in after a day exploring

Pros:

the central location and the tasty breakfast, rooms were also very nice and comfortable, staff were friendly, hotel went out of their way to accommodate our requirements

Cons:

chairs were quite uncomfortable on the roof, and pool isn't very big. parking was a little complicated to find and isn't good if you have a big car

Très bon emplacement. Centrale. Spacieux. Très bien équipé.

Cons:

Avis strictement personnel qui n'enlève rien au lieu que je recommande :
- on me propose tout un enregistrement en ligne via WhatsApp uniquement, et d'importer une copie de ma PI sur un serveur : es ce que tout cela est bien sécurisé ? Du coup j'en conclue qu'il n'y a pas d'accueil physique. Dommage.
- une fois sur place, il y a bien un accueil physique. Dans le bâtiment principale, qui correspond à l'adresse sur la fiche de l'hôtel sur booking. Je découvre que j'ai réservé un appartement dans un bâtiment annexe, "juste à 3 minutes" du bâtiment principal (3 rues plus loin). Même si la réception est toujours ouverte, ça reste toujours 3 rues plus loin. Imaginez si vous avez un problème : il faut aller 3 rues plus loin ou faire venir le réceptionniste depuis 3 rues.
- vous avez "accès à toutes les services de l'hôtel" (petit déjeuner, piscine...) qui sont... dans le bâtiment principal ! Donc traverser 3 rues pour la piscine sur le toit, ou le matin pour le petit déjeuner... voilà !
- le parking : comme toutes les grandes villes d'Espagne, les ruelles sont très étroites. Celui de l'hôtel est via la toute petite ruelle à l'arrière de celui ci. Une fois dedans, oubliez le fait de descendre jusqu'au niveau -2.

La ubicación.

Cons:

La pésima insonorización. Mucho ruido de otras habitaciones, gente joven organizando fiestas , quedadas en habitaciones, jaleo, portazos. Tuve que salir de mi habitación para pedir silencio y había un chico echado en mi puerta ...Si buscas descanso, mejor abstenerse.

Cons:

Realmente tienen una publicidad confusa en booking ya que no se da claridad que los apartamentos quedan a 5 minutos del hotel. Al igual que el checkout, en booking dice que es a las 12 y el personal luego nos dijo que era a las 11. Por último, el personal del hotel fue muy amable pero parece ser una persona completamente diferente la que te habla por WhatsApp, poca amabilidad e incluso nos dijo que no podíamos hacer uso de la piscina, después el personal del hotel nos dijo que si.

Great location, welcoming staff.
Pros:

Excellent staff, knowledgeable and friendly. I’d like to single out Mari who went above and beyond to help. Breakfast was good. TV also included many UK channels which was appreciated.

Pros:

L’emplacement en plein cœur de Grenade est top.

Cons:

Le fait que ce ne soit pas dans l’hôtel mais un appartement où il y a des travaux pendant que vous occupez les lieux. Source de bruit le matin très tôt.
Il n’y a pas de personnel, donc pas vraiment évaluable. Attention quand vous réservez de bien comprendre que ce n’est pas vraiment l’hôtel.

La ubicación y el ambiente/ decoración del edificio y apartamento

Cons:

1) Las camas. Podrían poner sobre los 2 colchones una pieza sobrecolchón que unifique. 2) La cocina demasiado reducida y hay que sacar y meter las hornillas y tampoco funcionaban bien.
