We loved our stay
Pros:

Everything was spotless. Comfy bed and quiet room. Nice lavazza complementary coffee. The lobby was a great area to hang around. All the staff was friendly and willing to help.

Lovely stay, clean, shuttle to airport.
Pros:

Great value, airport shuttle was handy! Clean, modern rooms. It was comfortable for our quick layover stay in Toronto and we’d look to book again if in the area.

Cons:

I was a little sad to see that EVERYTHING was disposable at breakfast, all the dishes, cups and cutlery. Seems an odd choice these days. Especially when (smart) choices like full shampoo/conditioner and soaps in the room rather than individual amenities or hanging towels and reusing them are claims to being “green”. The amount of waste for coffee and breakfast seems so silly. And surely it can’t be less expensive?

トロントピアソン空港近くで気持ちよく便利に滞在できるホテル
Pros:

ホテル全体が機能的かつ明るくポップな雰囲気で、楽しい気分で滞在できた。屋内プールはこぢんまりしているがプールサイドはゆったりしていてタオルも完備されており、旅行中の気分転換にとても良かった。ジムもある。１階ロビーで自由にコーヒーや紅茶が飲めるのと、同じくロビーにある24時間利用できる売店がスナックや軽食、飲み物（ビールやワインも有り）がかなり充実していて便利。空港へのシャトルバスはドライバーが親切で、安心感を持って利用できた。チェックアウト後、シャトルバスの時間までロビーで自由に過ごすことが出来、助かった。部屋や当日の風向きによると思うが、泊まった部屋から飛行機の離発着が見えて面白かった。

Cons:

空港から電話でシャトルバスを呼ぶことになっていたが、海外（日本）のスマホからは指定の電話番号に発信できず、WhatsAppで連絡しても反応が無く少し困った。ターミナル１のE出口の近くに、シャトルバスサービスを提供しているホテルへ連絡するための電話機を見つけて利用したら通じたので助かった（写真を載せます）。ピアソン空港第一ターミナルのバス停番号は空港出口から出てすぐのレーンが奇数番号（ホテルのシャトルバスはここの並びに来る）、横断歩道を渡ったレーンの番号が偶数番号でわかりにくいので注意。あとは万事スムーズで気持ちよく滞在でき、今後もトロントピアソン国際空港近くに宿泊する場合はぜひ泊まりたい。

Rooms were comfortable and there was a well-stocked mini-mart. The location was very close to the International Centre where I had an event.

Breakfast had limited variety and I wasn't expecting paper plates and disposable cutlery.

Pros:

We just spend overnight. Liked free shuttle service. Enjoyed games in lobby, such soccer, air hockey and other. Stuff very frendly and helpful. Has good breakfast .
