Hotel is well maintained and clean
Airport shuttle is slow. Having to wait in excess ofb30 minutes after calling for an Airport pickup.
Wonderful staff. Really great hotel and location. Great ice and water machines. Free delicious coffee all day. Big comfortable room with a view of the airport as we requested. Great shuttle services, the drivers were very helpful
The breakfast the first day was great. The second day the options were a bit different, vegetables and turkey sausage instead of bacon and beans. These options were not popular resulting in big queues at the waffle and pancake stations
The facilities are nice, clean and modern. The room design is fantastic, very relaxing environment - LG TV/Entertainement System is intuitive and easy to use. Free Wifi was sufficient for my needs. Shuttle from the airport is a nice complementary service that I appreciated ... eventhough it took 35 min for the shuttle to arrive (for a 10 min drive) - I saved money on an Uber at the cost of time, nevertheless. appreciated the experience.
The check-in experience was absolutely terrible; I had prepaid the stay in-full, specifically because I knew I was going to arrive late (almost 11pm) and wanted a smooth experience.... "Oh but it was just a pre-payment" *Well I'd like to point oiut the money isn't in my account and if you hold it instead of cashing it .... its a precedure of yours. That expectation wasn't met to say the least. First of all, we are in 2026 .... I can't comprehend why Tap / GooglePay / ApplePay aren't supported in your facility. The last time I used my physical credit card must have been at least 8 months ago ... AND ABROARD. I literally can't remember the last time I use my physical card in Canada, and I travel a lot. Matter of fact, the card is in my wife's wallet, in case she needs to use it. I had to perform multiple banking transactions, move money to an unused card that was not even PIN setup ..... then, the terminal wouldn't work ..... so the clerk got another machine (and specifically said the old one has issue and this new one is much better ... (also APPARENTLLY SUPPORTED GOOGLE PAY as per the menus ... which tell me not accepting such a payment is CHOICE on your end ... and not a technical limitation) that second machine finally accepted the payment. The clerk was absolutely not empathetic nor seemed to care in any capacity for the situation. Ended up loosing 30 minutes of precious sleep before a demanding day away from home the following day.
Also ... i was looking forward to take a quick swim before bed Pool closes at 9pm , and only opened way later than I had to leave the next day ... So really - I paid good money for a stressful night (check-in) and had a hard time falling asleep - I underslept, did not accomplish the work I was looking forward to do before bed.
I understand also that my experience isn't representative of your operations in general ....

Über die Autobahn gut zu erreichen
Schlechte Lage am Flughafen. auf der einen Seite des Hotels eine stark befahrene mehrspurige Straße, auf der anderen Seite grenzt direkt der Flughafen an. Sehr viele Maschinen fliegen im Landeanflug direkt über das Hotel. Es ist teilweise (besonders in den oberen Stockwerken) sehr laut. Oft 2 - 3 Maschinen in einer Minute.
Flughafenshuttle vorhanden, kann aber nur einmalig bei der Anreise vom Flughafen oder zum Abflug genutzt werden.
Das ist so nicht in der Beschreibung dargestellt.
In anderen Hotels kann man das Shuttle so oft benutzen wie man möchte.
Diesbezüglich sehr unhöfliche Mitarbeiter am Front Desk.

BEWARE when you park. My car was stolen from this hotels parking lot. The staff were very nonchalant about the situation. My car was parked for a few hours. Enough is not being done to protect cars. This was not the 1st car that was stolen from this hotels’s parking lot.
Nice, newer hotel. Very clean and modern. Easy to find, right on a major road. Blackout curtains work amazingly well! If you get an odd numbered room, on the third floor or higher, you'll have great views of the airport and runway. You'll be able to see the biggest planes, as they land or take off.
Breakfast selection could have been larger, and seating might be limited if you get there at the wrong time. Because it is located near the end of the runway, you WILL be able to hear the airplanes as they take off or land. Slows down overnight, but there are very busy bursts of activity, with take-offs every minute at times.
Newer hotel, clean sheets, free parking, fast check-in.
No amenities, gym is bad, pool could use a hottub or the pool could be slightly warmer (maybe 1 degrees), Nothing to really do around that area & the suite itself has nothing inside complimentary except maybe waters.
No carpet and cool colors
The not so welcoming staff. Minimum everything. No coffee machine. No microwave in room. No space to move in breakfast area. Very slow refill in breakfast section.
