The room was very comfortable and convenient. The lobby has a very nice space where people can hang out and congregate which gave the property a nice welcoming environment. The continental breakfast was very good and the staff were very accommodating!

The Hotel is super ideal for transiting through Toronto Airport. Though check out is at 11am, the hotel offers very comfortable and engaging reception area with complimentary tea/coffee service for anyone whose flight is several hours after checking out of the room. Great

The hotel shuttle service can only be activated by calling. This is challenging for guests without canadian phone facility. Suggest a whatsapp cintact number be kept at the front desk to enable such guest call from the iarport.
