Pros:

It was clean, comfortable with many amenities including pool and gym.

Cons:

Breakfast wasn't included and the hotel bistro wasn't good value for the money.
We went somewhere else.
Too many glitches in the system made the card access to the room a real pain.

Pros:

Parkinggebühr bitte nicht vergessen. Parking gehört offiziell nicht zum Hotel. Wasser kann man jederzeit an der Reception holen.

Cons:

Frühstück lecker. Jedoch dauerte es bis zu 40 min. Bis das Frühstück sdrviert wurde. Viel zu lange!

Pros:

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen unterwegs und hatten ein Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett und einem Schlafsofa gebucht.
Das Schlafsofa war definitiv zu klein für 2 Erwachsene und entsprach somit nicht der Beschreibung.
Da das Hotel aufgrund des Feiertages komplett ausgebucht war, musste die ersten beiden Nächte jeweils ein Erwachsener auf Decken auf dem Boden übernachten.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich, hat angemessen reagiert und uns für die beiden weiteren Nächte ein Zimmer mit zwei Doppelbetten zur Verfügung gestellt.
Ansonsten super Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hafens, alles sauber und top!

Very comfortable room and fairly quiet until a truck arrived on the street in the middle of the night and was making quite a bit of noise.

Great staff and location loud pool and hot tub area. Key card issues caused lots of delays.

All of nanimo has feminine products available for free this hotel bathroom lobby wants to charge you. Also my keycard kept not working so I had to visit front desk way too often

Customer service very good. I appreciate that I was able to do an early check in, so my baby was able to take her nap. They also provided a crib in the room.
