Pros:

I mentioned in my booking it was a trip for our 40th wedding anniversary and in the room was a bottle of prosecco, a rose and a card. Very thoughtful and much appreciated. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. Lovely L'occitane products in the bathroom.

Luxury stay in great location.
Pros:

High quality furnishings & details. Comfy bed, nice large bathroom. Great location. Staff were all very helpful and pleasant. Rooftop bar/restaurant with great atmosphere and delicious food. Free access to YWCA around the corner.

Good option for your time in Vancouver
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and accomodating. Rooms were a good size and well thought out. Location felt safe. Lots of cafes around.

Cons:

There’s no laundry facilities and no laundromats in walking distance and the water pressure in the shower was a little weak.

Pros:

Wonderful location for exploring downtown Vancouver or meeting a ship. The room was nicely decorated, had great facilities, and the food at the restaurant on the main floor was delicious.

Pros:

Staff were polite, efficient, friendly and very helpful.

Cons:

tea bags provided but no kettle. No milk apart from milk powder provided which is not what I would expect from a hotel of this quality.

A gem of a hotel!
Pros:

LOVED the room! Great bed, stylish, great amenities, nice light. The bathroom was fabulous! The heated floors! The fluffy towels! The soft bathrobes! The rain shower head! Plus they had a steamer, which was great. Loved the deal with the Y around the corner, very nice. The rooftop restaurant was lovely and the lobby restaurant looked inviting.

Cons:

I didn't think the entrance was very attractive. I know it's a tight space, but seems like it could be improved.

Location was excellent, so close to everything! Hotel and team members were wonderful.
