Excellent location for a pre-cruise/post-cruise stay right on the doorstep of downtown Vancouver
Pros:

Excellent hotel! very clean and luxurious in every aspect with great attention to detail. Staff were exceptionally helpful, special mention for conscierges Alexander and Daniel and particularly Olex on reception who went above and beyond!

The hotel was beautiful, perfect location, but not comfortable for travelers with luggage.
Pros:

Location was superb, staff was helpful. Lighting was great. Rooftop restaurant was wonderful.

Cons:

Loud constant fan in bathroom couldn’t be turned off — ever. Closet and drawer space was uncomfortably unusable and filled with hotel stuff. Luggage rack didn't allow us to open our luggage.
