Pros:

This hotel is exquisite, the rooms are gorgeous (heated bathroom floors!!), the staff are so friendly and very helpful. Special thanks to Medu and the concierge for being so welcoming and helping with ALL our bags and other needs during our stay. Dahlia restaurant made for a wonderful breakfast - love the atmosphere with all the open windows, and the rooftop bar made for a spectacular nightcap and memorable end to our stay.
I was not previously familiar with the AZUR Collection but will be sure to seek them out in the future - top class experience.

We enjoyed a hotel stay prior to an Alaskan cruise. Cruise terminal about two blocks away.
Pros:

The hotel is about two blocks from the cruise terminal. Also, there is a food court near the terminal for breakfast/lunch/dinner. The room was quiet and peaceful. The bed is soft and in excellent condition for a good night's sleep.

Cons:

We were there during the World Cup matches in Vancouver. Prices were higher than expected.

fantastický pokoj junior suit, velký prostor, velká koupelna, chodba, obyvák s rozkládací pohovkou. Krásný interiér, ochotný personál super volba v kontextu jiných dražších hotelů v podobné lokalitě.

Cons:

výhled z okna, pod oknem asi vývozy kontejnerů kde bylo neustále slyšet nějaká auta nakládat - hluk.

Very comfortable and restful stay!
Pros:

Location, staff, beds were all excellent. We stayed twice during our travels and each time we were able to have an early check-in which was greatly appreciated. Wifi was also excellent. We slept very well during our stay.
