Best hotel experience I’ve ever had!
Pros:

This is the best hotel experience I have ever had. The staff was lovely and knowledgeable and helpful. The rooms were quiet and I got great sleep; there were no banging doors or hearing people yelling throughout the night. The rooms were clean and modern but not sterile and stuffy feeling.

I enjoyed every interaction with the staff. The amenities were clean.

This 5 star hotel exceeded my expectations and I don’t think I would consider staying at a different hotel if I were to go through Montreal again.

Cons:

The neighborhood itself was a bit rough. Not that the hotel could change it.

Pros:

Parfait! Un nouveau concept de chambre original! Chambre très confortable! Magnifique décoration! Piscine-spa tres reposants! En plein centre ville, parfait pour découvrir et se déplacer sans voiture. Et le coffee shop du rdc est parfait avant de démarrer sa journée!
Un personnel d’accueil formidable qui nous a beaucoup aidé! Merci Mesdames de l’acceuil!!!

Beautiful hotel in the heart of this vibrant city.
Pros:

The property was well maintained, very good amenities (pool, lounge, etc), rooms were spacious and well appointed. The hotel is also a short walk to Old Montreal.

Cons:

My only negative was that the terrace was closed on Sunday.
