Very helpful staff.

The rooms were very nice, and very well designed.
Shower was good, very hot which was nice.

Cons:

The pool was cold, like colder than it should’ve been, and wifi was very slow - had to use cellular data most of the time.

It was a great place to stay for a night before heading to the airport to return home.
Pros:

The hotel was newer so the decor was up to date. The bed was very comfortable. The room was a decent size. The bathroom had a great walk-in shower and lots of counter space for toiletries. The coffee supplies were all replenished (which wasn't the case in a number of our hotels during our NS trip).

Cons:

One of our bath towels was very frayed. I would think that would have been caught before being placed in the bathroom. Otherwise, everything was very good.

Loved the hotel and all the amenities. Helpful and friendly staff
Pros:

The room was wonderful and loved the access to Denny’s and the waterfront area.
Grateful for free parking.
The air conditioner wasn’t working properly however a maintenance fixed it immediately.

Cons:

There was some noise issues outside but it was a Friday night so it wasn’t unusual.

A really enjoyable stay
Pros:

This was an absolutely wonderful hotel stay. It started with Darren at check in. I was saucy enough to ask for an upgrade, and bless him, he gave us one! What a beautiful room. We had a large fridge, stove, dishes, cutlery - the works. We had been travelling the Maritimes for 12 days, and we enjoyed the extra space. It was across from the elevators, but we didn't hear a sound. We stayed at Sandman for an AGM and lunch the next day. We had an absolutely delicious Greek-theme lunch, with real Greek salad. The meeting room was comfortable. I really hope our group comes here again. At checkout time, we met two beautiful people, Jayleen and Harismar. The staff were great. Hats off to the HR recruiting staff and the banquets team. We hope we will have a chance to return soon.

Quite good with comfortable beds. Dennys was also very good.
Pros:

Didn't have breakfast.

Cons:

Floor in room had stains on it. Bathroom door was very squeaky.
