Pros:

El departamento muy bien ubicado, muy lindo con todo lo necesario. Se agradecen los snack, café, detergente, toallas de repuesto, etc.

Cons:

Que pidieran tantos documentos de identificación (licencia de conducir, documento de identificación, pasaporte) + fotos con cada documento. Nos preocupa tener que dar tanta información y la piden un día antes para hacer el check in. Si hubiéremos sabido desde el principio que nos pedirían todo esto, no lo hubiésemos tomado.

Cons:

l'appartement attribué avait une seule salle de bain pour deux chambres, et le lavabo était bouché. L'équipe d'entretien est intervenue de suite, mais le problème n'a pas été complétement résolu pendant notre sejour.
Les fenêtres sont bloquées pour sécurité (un peu basses). La ventilation est dans l'armoire à côté du lit (pas bruyant au point d'être gênante, mais un peu embêtant)
Le matin tôt la ligne ferroviaire le long du quai est exploitée (passages entre 5h et 7h environ).

Séjour loisir à Montréal à 3 personnes.
Pros:

Très bel appartement, très propre, confortable.
Il est bien équipé. Je ne trouve absolument rien à reprocher à cet appartement. Tout était parfait 👍

The loft was huge and well supplied.Little touch of sweets left in the kitchen was lovely. Felt secure with keypad entry. Lovely large Tv. Washing machine and dryer very welcome and effective.Dishwasher was another positive touch.Felt like a little bit of Luxury.Quirky design nods to the past of the location.

Cons:

Other residents were noisy till late the first night for several Hours on and off.
Train noise at all hours took a bit of getting used to.

The Best Location for Old Montreal
Pros:

The location is the absolute best, right in the heart of Old Montreal. Close to restaurants, coffee shops and Shops. The building has a really cool charm. Renovated building with some classic old charm. The proximity to many tourist spots was great. We managed to fit in so many things just simply due to location. The only thing I would have appreciated, was a few more dishes, so we didn't have to Launder after every meal and drink, and there was only 3 barstools for at the kitchen counter, but the room is for 4 people. Someone was always standing 😅

Cons:

When searching for this place, I input 2 bathroom requirements, and this listing came up. When we arrived, there was only 1 bathroom. But when you look at the listing all by itself, it states 1 bathroom. So that's my bad for not properly navigating the website. It's unfortunate that when you look at Maison Place Royale it shows images from all their rooms, and it's difficult to differentiate between which amenities go with which room. But maybe if they changed the decor from room to room, it would be easier to tell 🤷🏻‍♀️

Our 3 night stay was extremely comfortable in lovely modern clean facilities.

The property was exactly as advertised. The location was perfect for exploring old Montreal. Easy access, comfortable beds and great facilities. Would highly recommend. Great stay.

Localização excelente, a poucos minutos do centro, restaurantes e cafés.
Acomodação ótima, confortavel, super limpo e com todos equipamentos e utensilios disponiveis.
Organização do banheiro, toalhas disponiveis e mais do que o necessario.

Cons:

Cortinas dos quartos podem melhorar se houver uma persiana que vede mais a claridade da manhã.

Loved our 4 night stay in Old Montreal and the suite had both good and bad points.
Pros:

Historic building with plenty of character in an unbeatable location. Nice views from the windows.

Cons:

Across from the property, trains pass 2 or 3 times between 12:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. The rumbling of the cars was hardly noticeable but the irregular very loud shrieking of the wheels was awful. Kitchen appliances were great but kitchen utensils were just the bare minimum. Okay for a few days but not a long stay. Living room sofa needs an upgrade.
