I didn’t like that the hotel didn’t have free parking, I didn’t like that the staff treat guests that booked their stay through a third party App (booking.com) are not treated as good as the guest booked their room through the hotel website. The front desk employee asked me if I was part of their loyalty program during check in which I replied No and the conversation stopped there. He didn’t ask me if I wanted to join the program and are the perks of being a part of the program.
