Great location. Quiet building. Super supportive staff. Jose was a godsend in helping us with our parking situation.
Our mattress wasn’t very comfortable. The parking space was a lot tighter than expected even though we measured our vehicle. Thank God for Jose!
Very quiet and convenient to shops and restaurants
Full size kitchen and w/d. Walking distance to old Montreal and downtown. Staff was very accommodating to check me in earlier than 3 pm after long flight
Xtra charges proposed. I stayed 3 nights and for extra coffee or towels I would have to pay more which I don’t see why. If I only stay 1 night I would get 2 coffee per day but why can’t I get 2 coffee x3 as I pay the same amount for my room all 3 nights? If I changed the room every night, I would get those 2 coffees every day. Seems like not fair to people who stay longer than 1 night. I’m sure it’s not the only hotel doing it but I wanted to point that out
The apartment was spacious, clean, quiet and had fabulous amenities. Especially the washer and dryer. Excellent and convenient location in old Montreal. Grocery store about a 15 minute walk.
This is an apartment and runs like an Airbnb rather than a traditional hotel. There is no front desk and everything is done digitally. I had some questions which were answered promptly through the excellent offsite staff. The only short coming was the lack of a decent view. Otherwise excellent. The windows in the apartment M1 were small and a view of what looked like a parking exit. I’d stay here again but at apt on higher floor with views.
I liked how close it was to everything, and it gave you the option for parking (if you have a small car). The security for it was good too, having to have codes for all doors.
It did seem the sheets weren’t cleaned as well, as the mattress protector had some staining on it. The towels were plenty, but they are very thin and scratchy. I love coffee so only 4 pods for two people over 4 days wasn’t enough, but that just made us explore the coffee shops near us.

Penthouse blackout curtains didn’t “blackout” the outside lighting, especially the floodlights on the hotel itself.
I expect outdoor noise being in a large metro, but not good soundproofing from the hallways into the bedroom (can here everyone coming and going from the other apartments)
Everything was perfect. The hotel is in the best possible location, close to everything. The staff are very professional and genuinely care about their guests. I loved the hotel’s mobile system. The apartment was stylish, spacious, and exceptionally clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to others.

Het is, als je binnen gekomen bent na veel moeite, een prachtige kamer met alle faciliteiten.
De meest klantonvriendele en ingewikkelde incheckprocedure die ik ooit mee maakte.
Het binnenkomen moet via een aanmeldingsprocedure die via e-mail/internet binnenkomt. Uiterst irritant!
En praktisch onmogelijk bij een slechte of ontbrekende verbinding!
De vooruit te betaling 'schade verzekeringspremie' is bizar en wordt pas duidelijk NA boeking en tijdens de incheckprocedure. 60 dollar voor 1 nacht! Geen antwoord van helpdesk als verzocht wordt om een vergissing te corrigeren.
Die Lage ist super, alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es sind großzügige Apartments und trotz der Lage sehr ruhig. Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Bett war sehr gut.
Das WILAN könnte besser sein.
