Thank goodness we brought and used our own bedsheets and pillowcases so we salvaged our stay!
Pros:

- The executive suite with 4 bedrooms; 5 bathrooms setup with an open space living/dining and kitchen area is perfect for a family stay.
- friendly and helpful staff.
- location is great.

Cons:

- Found fake eyelashes in one of the pillowcase and make up stains on the sheets. There were also hairpins scattered on the floor in one of the bedrooms, as well as, sharp clothing pins and safety pins. This indicates that the room was not properly cleaned or if it was cleaned at all which is disgusting.
- The mattresses feel worn out and weren’t comfortable.
- Wi-Fi signal is weak!
Below expectations for the money I paid.
Note: Finding it hard to trust the cleanliness of these places so we make it a point to sanitize upon arrival. Esp when you have small children.

Pros:

The property is walking distance the tourist area Clifton hill and mins of driving to adventures dinning and shopping areas very updated modern decor.
I would recommend this hotel over any of the surrounding hotels. It’s basically home away from home. They supply with everything you need for the kitchen minus the food lol. I loved it and next time I visit this will definitely be the stay. The rooms are just like the pictures!!! The best person to interact with is Rhealyn she was awesome checking us in.

Very enjoyable
Pros:

I thought the room was very well maintained and modern. The decor was nice. Location was good - close enough to walk to attractions but not in the heart of the crowds.

Cons:

I didn't like I had to pay for parking and I didn't like that I could not get the shower head to move upwards. Very little interaction with staff so can't comment on that

Great facility within walking distance of the falls
Pros:

This is a relatively new facility. The rooms were well kept and clean. Everything worked well. The front desk person was helpful and professional.

Cons:

The area was concerning with the number of notifications about security and potential theft. The parking fee was excessive. And the final invoice did not match the information provided by Bookings.com.

Amazing gem in Niagara Falls
Pros:

Incredible loft style hotel with beautifully decorated rooms. We stayed in a two bedroom, two bathroom suite with lovely big windows. It was clean and largely a comfortable stay. The staff were kind and professional and the parking was super convenient (which was a huge plus compared to some of the Fallsview hotels). Will definitely visit again.

Cons:

Not much in terms of amenities, which was unfortunate. Kitchen could be updated. The pan was a Teflon pan with lots of scratching and the black plastic cooking utensils need to be updated. So couldn't do much in terms of cooking. No duvet covers in the duvets, which was disappointing, and the bedsheets were not 100% cotton (synthetic), making the bed very hot and uncomfortable. Cotton sheets and duvet covers would go a long way! Or offer them at an extra cost, i would be willing to pay.

Pros:

Spacious, well equipped apartment. Peaceful, quiet location. Close to Clifton Hill for food and entertainment.

Cons:

Be aware that you will be charged in CAD in advance which could incur fees with your bank, so you end up paying more than the GBP price shown on booking.com
