Great place to stay.
Pros:

Great location, large clean room, nice kitchen, modern. Just a short walk to center of the action and bike path to ride along the river. Easy to bring our bikes inside at night.

A wonderful stay for a family booking.
Pros:

Clean, spacious, excellent location.

Cons:

Would have liked a couple of comfortable chairs or sofa, in the large kitchen, entrance area, in our smaller suite.
Only place to relax was in bedrooms.

Comfortable stay.
Pros:

Location was very accessible by car and an easy walk to Clifton Hill and the Falls. Good restaurants nearby. Hotel felt new and room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and quiet. Price more affordable than other hotels we considered.

Cons:

We arrived after 7 pm, when the doors were locked, and had to phone (unanswered) and knock on the door for several minutes before someone appeared at the reception desk to let us in.
