Tanto la habitación como el baño estaban muy bien y amplios

Great location
Pros:

When we did have the hotel owner/concierge she was very helpful - but the front desk was not "manned" much. You have a code to get in so its not necessary, but its still helpful.
The location was AMAZING.

Cons:

Its like a minimalistic hostel for adults. No cups, glasses etc, but also no kitchen (I think) and the room was not being cleaned so we had to ask them to do so as it was getting filthy.

Pros:

Al principio vi muchas reseñas negativas y no sabía que me encontraría, pero menos mal que no me dejé llevar por ellas! Me he alojado esta noche y es un hotel super bonito, limpio y acogedor. Probablemente quien no entienda la esencia de este hotel es porque no es el tipo de turista adecuado…Es un hotel que respeta la esencia de Menorca, yo soy de Mallorca y me encantó ver que se respetara el ambiente de ahí y no se modificara a lo que el turista espera ver.
A los que os quejáis porque no ponen toallas todos los días y demás, en el cartel que ponen ellos en la habitación lo pone muy claro: “el servicio es cada X días”…Se os olvida que no es una cadena hotelera, simplemente un “pequeño” negocio y eso es lo que lo hace más especial…Lo que hay que hacer es ser más cuidadosos y generar menos basura, es un hotel si, pero no tenéis gente que trabaje SOLO para vosotros…
La ubicación es excelente, no hay ruido, todo es calma.
Volveremos seguro

Ubicación, atención al cliente y limpieza de 10
Pros:

El hotel está muy bien ubicado pero la facilidad y amabilidad de Susana a la hora de gestionar la reserva con algunas peticiones y al salir fue de 10! Las habitaciones están muy limpias y el sistema funciona perfectamente, espero volver pronto pues precio calidad impecable! Gracias 🤩

Hotel parfaitement situé pour la Ciutadella
Pros:

L'emplacement est parfait pour profiter des restaurants et être proches des bus et navettes.
Il existe des plages assez proches entre 10 et 30 minutes de marche.
Le personnel était très accueillant et avait de très bonnes recommandations !
Je recommande !

Minorca nel cuore
Pros:

Ho soggiornato al Tres Tocs per 9 giorni e l'esperienza è stata più che positiva. Susana è stata splendida, sempre pronta a consigliarci su mete e ristoranti. La posizione è centralissima, comoda a tutti i servizi, ci tornerò sicuramente!

Cons:

Il cambio della biancheria e degli asciugamani avviene ogni 3 giorni, come segnalato all'arrivo. Trattandosi di una località di mare, proporrei il cambio ogni giorno.

Great location but expensive given that extra touches lacking.
Pros:

Great location, comfortable beds & good bathroom. Susana very helpful about leaving luggage. Able to have twin beds. Great to have fridge, but 2 drinking glasses would be nice.

Cons:

Nice to have air conditioning but it went on and off all night, so disturbed light sleepers. Would have liked to know in advance that we would have got key code on the day, as we were worrying needlessly about check in time. Toiletries were advertised as included, but only soap, no shampoo or conditioner.

Pros:

Vicinissima al centro, si arriva a piedi in pochi minuti.
a 5 min a piedi c’è un parcheggio molto grande, anche negli orari di punta abbiamo sempre trovato posto, magari facendo con la macchina qualche giro in più, ma sempre trovato. Era a pagamento dalle 9 del mattino fino alle 21, ma noi la mattina andavamo via verso le 8 e la sera rientravano alle 19, quindi il parcheggio lo pagavamo dalle 19 alle 21 per un prezzo bassissimo 1€( alcuni parcheggi erano gratis poiché con le strisce bianche ).
Struttura molto pulita e super spaziosa.

Cons:

Mi è piaciuto tutto .
