Comfort in pieno centro.
Pros:

Good location, room for improvement
Pros:

The location was excellent, close to lots of great shopping, food and short drive to beaches. Air conditioning was great on the 33 degree days.

Cons:

Felt the room was a lot smaller than it appears in the photos with limited amenities i.e. drinking water, glasses. Towels are not changed everyday which is fair but the beds sheets were not changed and the bed was never made and the floors were never cleaned for the duration of our 6 days. Also some days housekeeping did not even come to the room to empty the bins. Given the price this was disappointing. We also couldn’t keep the window open to let in fresh air and given how small the room was it became quite stuffy at times. Also just to note parking is very challenging at this time of the year.

Muy bien ubicado, limpio y cómodo. La dueña súper amable y nos aconsejó y ayudó muchísimo en nuestras visitas

Ottimo soggiorno nel centro di Ciutadella
Pros:

Check-in e check-out facili e veloci. Struttura pulita, elegante, facile da trovare e da raggiungere al centro di Ciutadella. Stanza che corrisponde alle foto: molto grande, bagno pulito con doccia spaziosa, divano e armadio dove poter appoggiare le proprie cose. Aria condizionata che mantiene fresca la stanza. Qualità/prezzo ottima.

Cons:

Mi è piaciuto tutto.

Great location
Pros:

When we did have the hotel owner/concierge she was very helpful - but the front desk was not "manned" much. You have a code to get in so its not necessary, but its still helpful.
The location was AMAZING.

Cons:

Its like a minimalistic hostel for adults. No cups, glasses etc, but also no kitchen (I think) and the room was not being cleaned so we had to ask them to do so as it was getting filthy.
