Great location

Cons:

I didn’t think we should have to pay for parking. For the price of the room a continental breakfast should have been included.
I told the front desk we were celebrating my mother’s 90th birthday. Perhaps a complimentary bottle of wine or something in the room to commemorate would have been nice.

Pros:

The entire hotel is spotless. Staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. Perfect location, close to restaurants and stores. I was a solo female traveller and felt completely safe.

Did not sleep for 2 nights. Left exhausted not rested

Beautiful aesthetic

Cons:

Walls in rooms paper thin. We could hear conversations. We heard the man next door snoring all night long. Not sound proof at all. If you like privacy and peace this is not the place for you.

We had a wonderful stay at The Dorchester. Experience, service and hospitality was top notch. Karen at the reception was wonderful, our room was ready earlier than expected. Room was spacious and the bed was just so comfy.
