Lovely stay at Steveston village
Pros:

Comfortable well designed 1 bedroom suite overlooking river n boardwalk. 5 minute walk to shops and restaurants. Best part is location in Steveston village. Easy to park on streets.

Cons:

Need more hooks in bedroom and bathroom. Glowing light from air conditioner in bedroom was annoying

It's not a Hotel
Pros:

The location was nice

Cons:

The fact that it calls itself a "hotel" when there is no reception and you have to let yourself in using a key pad pin. It's more like Airbnb. It's got plumbing going throughout the ceiling and all you can hear is water running all night

Pros:

Perfect location. Comfortable

Cons:

A convoluted method of accessing the property. Felt over the top needing to provide so much official information on myself, as well as my guests to gain the access codes.

Great place to stay.
Pros:

Clean and well equipped.

Cons:

Too many codes to enter. TV channels very poor and usually one or two days late. No American channels.

We had an awesome stay at the Steveston Waterfront Hotel. It’s clean and comfortable and we loved the self check in and
Pros:

The property is clean and in a great location and check in and check out we’re incredibly easy

Cons:

It would have been awesome to have some seating in the outdoor patio however I understand that seating likely wouldn’t fit in that space and there was a bench not far from the patio door that you can sit at. The only other complaint is they have a Nespesso but no creamers in the fridge and we didn’t want to buy a thing of cream for a 2 day stay. Some little creamers in the fridge would be nice.

Beautiful location and comfortable apartment, but frustrating check-in and poor communication
Pros:

Everything in the apartment was wonderful, clean, comfortable, well-equipped, with a great view and excellent location.

Cons:

It was difficult to reach the staff during our stay. We had an issue at check-in because there had been a car accident right outside the apartment, which damaged our balcony. With police and fire trucks there, we tried contacting staff but were kept on hold for a long time. Since we were traveling with two young kids, the wait was very stressful.

The staff were kind enough to upgrade us to a larger apartment away from the crash, which we appreciated. However, the access code they gave us did not work, and we had to call several more times before we were finally able to get in.

Lovely stay in steveston
Pros:

We arrived in the morning after a long flight. The clean organised for us to be let in to our room as it was ready and we were so appreciative. Thank you so much. The location is great, it was clean and had everything we needed. Loved steveston.

Pros:

Fully equipped for longer stays. We were there for one night only.

Cons:

You need to improve on bedroom darkening drapes. The sheer drapes over the patio door in the bedroom make it very brite in there early in the morning.
