Comfortable and clean beds. Overall cleanliness was good.
I thought I booked a place overlooking the Fraser River and got a noisy ground level unit facing the residential street. All the pluming in the ceiling made noise all night like a waterfall. For the amount of money I spent, I expected a lot more. We were not facing the river. That was the whole reason booked this hotel. I have many choices and travel to Richmond a lot. This is my first time at this location and probably my last unless you care enough to make it up to me.

We prefer standard hotel check-in with staff. The contactless check-in was ok but could be confusing and needing to add on parking last minute was a little stressful, but thankfully staff was responsive. The biggest downside was the cost and only one bathroom for 6 people. We like the typical breakfast that is included with stays at other hotels so that was a downside to this hotel as well. Also the air conditioners were quite noisy - when running there was constant trickling of water down a pipe sound. Lastly, there was a used coffee pod included with the complimentary coffee.

Etwas eng gestaltet, Lüftung war sehr laut.
Lage in Stevenston sehr gut (ist aber nicht schwierig - ist ein kleiner Ort). Super Ausstattung mit Küche und Waschmaschine/Trockner. Rest nicht überladen. Passt super.
Beds were very comfortable. Staff let us in early since our room was ready. That was very nice.
Clean suite, amazing location and overall great experience.
A very tiny detail - We had a change in plans and wanted to extend the stay by a night. However for some reason we weren’t able to extend the stay on the same booking, so I booked another suite for the extra night. I messaged the place a couple of times asking for support with a place to store our luggages if we need to move out of the original suite, but only get vague response that they’ve put a notes for cleaning staff. So I still wasn’t sure if we’ll secure a spot for our luggage even when we have checked in.
The issue was resolved quickly though, after I gave customer support a call on the day of, so all was well!

Lesson learned - if we stayed here and needed support next time, we’d pick up the phone and give them a call :) or better yet, call them to extend the stay if the app doesn’t give an available option.
We loved the location on the Steveston waterfront…close to shops, restaurants, walks. We liked having a kitchen, wifi was good, bed comfortable.
Some minor housekeeping issues but management responded promptly.

Joli studio bien équipé dommage que les gaines d’aération n’aient pas fait l’objet d’une isolation phonique.
Impossible de dormir avec le bruit de la ventilation. Nous avons eu l’impression de dormir dans un avion.
