Great hotel, but cutting corners with no full time desk staff is annoying.
Pros:

Nice hotel in fabulous location.

Cons:

No full time desk staff. They ask for online registration, and it's a nuisance. Requiring a six digit code to get into the building and the room is also annoying.

Pros:

Beautiful neighborhood. Room was very spacious and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. We arrived early and once we were able to locate staff, they allowed my father to rest in the room while they finished getting it ready for us to check in.

Cons:

Finding staff was difficult. No onsite dining.

Great sleeps in our comfy, quiet, dark room and beautiful setting for strolls along the waterfront.
Pros:

Huge rooms with very comfortable beds and all the in-room amenities we needed.

Cons:

Not a huge fan of the portal, but if requiring advance on line check in, then this should automatically prompt an email notification with the access code and the final email with further directions should come at least a day prior. Mine was sent 20 min before check in.

Great location and ideal for Vancouver Island Ferry
Pros:

Ideal location for the Tswassen Ferry to Vancouver Island. Restaurants and shops nearby and very walkable. Quiet and peaceful area. Own entrance/exit. Would stay again despite cost if going to the Island.

Cons:

Expensive. No need to pay for parking as could park on street without the cost. Air conditioning/ventilation was noisy the whole night long and could not turn off.

Not for you, if you’re sound sensitive
Pros:

Modern, well equipped rooms with everything you need. The area is just great and perfect for a relaxed stroll. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

Cons:

Well, this is not for you if you’re sound sensitive. You can’t open the windows, so all rooms are air conditioned and therefore fairly noisy. Once you turn the aircons off, you’ll still enjoy the sound of a ventilation system, that can’t be turned off and will annoy you all night.
Pillows were way too soft, but that’s a personal preference.
The car park is probably just for smaller cars and overpriced. There’s usually parking on the street nearby.

A pleasant stay very conveniently located to our daughter’s Wedding venue.
Pros:

A very clean, ground floor unit and very easily accessible from the carpark. The staff were very accommodating and we were able to have an early check-in.

Cons:

Due to anticipated FIFA cup visitors, the one night cost us almost three times the price as we booked early. The price dropped dramatically, when it became obvious that the FIFA CUP tourist numbers were dramatically lower than anticipated.

Steveston Waterfront Hotel is a pleasant option if you want a staycation away from the busy Downtown Vancouver.
Pros:

We stayed two nights (booked separately) and were able to stay in the same unit for both nights.

Cons:

See my previous review. I got the dates mixed in my reviews. The very expensive night was for the Wednesday 7/7/26, reasonable rates for the second night on the Thursday. 8/7/26 as FIFA cup was over.
