Pros:

The location and how clean it was

Cons:

I requested and paid for an early check-in, but on the day of our arrival, I was unable to check in. The hotel’s portal was still showing the original check-in time of 4:00 PM, so the password provided for the parking garage did not work.

As a result, we were stuck in front of the parking garage while trying to contact the front desk, but the phone lines were busy. The garage keypad was located on a downhill ramp, making it difficult and dangerous for us to back out of the garage. Shortly afterward, we were also blocking traffic, which made the situation increasingly unsafe.

Das Hotel liegt wunderbar und in unmittelbarer Nähe kann man viele POI besuchen

Cons:

Der Prozess des Eincheckens ist fürchterlich. Das Hotel möchte einen modernen Eindruck erwecken ... leider ist alles sehr kompliziert. Wir haben über 30 Minuten
benötigt. Die APP funktionierte nicht ... es dauerte 5 vergebliche Versuche bis die Mitarbeiterin per Telefon geholfen hat. Statt modernem Procedere doch die alte Technik ... und viel Zeit verloren :-((

If you’re a light sleeper and value your sleep, I’d recommend you book elsewhere.
Pros:

The location is great, short walk to restaurants.

Cons:

Unfortunately, we were disturbed throughout the night by a constant noise, similar to a toilet flushing, from the pipes above the bed, making sleep very difficult. To top it off, the smoke alarm began beeping at around 6.30am and continued for about an hour. We spoke with the hosts and were offered a 15 percent refund. Considering the apartment was booked primarily as a place to sleep, and we were significantly disturbed, I did not feel that 15 percent was an acceptable level of compensation.

very good value & close to the harbour
Pros:

amazing location right at the ocean and just a few minutes walk to the harbour and restaurants. it was spottless clean and looked brand new. big comfy bed and nice kitchen. There*s no staff or check in around other than online, so prepare to have it done before coming. price was great value for being so close to town!

Cons:

It was said to be good for 4 people but the sleeping couch is a bit small for two I would say.

Pros:

The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and fully equipped with everything you could need for an extended stay. The building was incredibly quiet—we didn’t hear a single other guest during our visit.
The location in Steveston was perfect, with a 10/10 walkability score. We loved being able to explore the area on foot, and the fact that the hotel is pet-friendly was a huge bonus as we were traveling with our dog.

Cons:

Since the property doesn’t have any staff all communication is done through email, phone, or portal. Communication could have been quicker and better.

Infuriating check in process, not for everyone and no suitable alternative.shame becausetye accommodation was superb
Pros:

Fantastic property in a lovely location. Can’t fault it. Housekeeping staff member was lovely.

Cons:

Checking in process is awful. We had no data or wifi for a week before our stay so access to the property was impossible.
You needed a code to get in and couldn’t get the code if you hadn’t registered on their portal - impossible if there is no wifi or data available to you.
It’s an unmanned hotel so had to track down a lovely housekeeper to help but the problem was exasperating as unlike a hotel where you show them a passport and credit card you had to enter these details on a portal ( which we couldn’t access) before getting the passcode. “For incidentals “ - there were no incidentals available and the property had been paid in full two days prior to arrival. There needs to be a better way of checking in for foreign visitors with no internet access
We stayed in another place the week before where the passcode was sent to me prior to arrival. That’s all this needed to get straight 10’s

1. Luide ventilatie in de slaapkamers kon je niet uitzetten .

Pros:

De ruime kamers. Aparte slaap- en woonkamer.
Leuke buurt aan het water vlakbij de havens en restaurants. Vlakbij het vliegveld.

Cons:

De ingewikkelde, digitale incheck procedure. Geen front desk. Niemand aanwezig. Naar binnen via een code.
Geen voorzieningen.
Relatief duur. Het is niet echt een hotel.
