Pros:

Our stay at Hôtel Expérience Quartier des Marinas was absolutely exceptional from beginning to end!

We booked a suite for 6 adults and one 10-year-old child, and it exceeded all of our expectations. The suite was spotless, beautifully designed, modern, spacious, and felt brand new. Everything was incredibly well maintained, and you could tell that great attention had been paid to every detail.

The location couldn’t have been better. Within just a 2–3 minute walk, we could reach the waterfront, shops, cafés, and many excellent restaurants. Although the hotel doesn’t have its own restaurant, it really isn’t necessary because there are so many fantastic dining options literally one minute away.

The first thing that impressed us was the staff. They were genuinely warm, welcoming, and kind. They made us feel less like customers and more like personal guests in their own home. Their hospitality truly set the tone for a wonderful stay.

The suite was extremely well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a dishwasher, washer and dryer, coffee machine, microwave, oven, stovetop, kettle, dishes, cutlery, cookware, and all the essential kitchen utensils. There were plenty of closets for storage, beautiful mirrors, a large balcony with comfortable outdoor furniture, and excellent Wi-Fi throughout our stay.

The bedrooms were incredibly comfortable, with immaculate sheets, plenty of fresh towels, and an impressive number of high-quality extra pillows, which made sleeping especially comfortable.

We also appreciated the thoughtful extras, including board games for the family to enjoy.

Parking was convenient as well. There is secure indoor parking with EV chargers available for $25 per night, and we also found two free public parking lots just a 2-minute walk from the hotel.

If I had to mention one tiny thing, it would be that we could have used an extra bottle of hand soap for one of the bathrooms.

Cons:

Parking worked out well for us but if parking on the street had not been an option I would have said parking was inconvenient.

Was good. Would take a room on a higher floor were I to stay again.
Cons:

The view from the 1st floor river view rooms was underwhelming. You're basically just looking at the dumpsters behind the building.

It could get quite noisy on the weekend as they have an event space with a terrasse next to the hotel and in the room we were in(103) you could hear the music/bass until quite late.

Cons:

i reserved 301 will over two months and they transfer me to second floor where the bedroom is near the street once the windows open, party noises till 2am Saturday night till Sunday. never explained to me why I was moved to another floor. i stayed in 301 last year i enjoyed the quiet because the bedroom was not in front of the street.
