Nice location, unit very poorly equipped, noisy & hot. Host can do much better.
Pros:

Fantastic location close to mall & many shops incl supermarkets. Close to most attractions by Uber. Beautiful building, great pool and gym.

Cons:

Unit is on lower floor facing 2 main roads & railway. Noisy. No windows apart from patio doors. No aircon. No fan. In 30 degree heat. Either cope with incessant traffic noise or suffocate. Lots of mosquitoes after the rain.
The worst equipped unit I have ever stayed in. No effort has been made at all.
Unserviced - a sad threadbare broom, a mop but no bucket.
Took 3 weeks to get a hair dryer. Gave up asking for a fan
Poor quality linen and no spares so you have wash and dry on the same day. No drying rack so you have to tumble dry
Unsuitable for self-catering. There are appliances but nothing to cook with or in. Whatever you look for, it's not there.
Was left without electricity several times - once for 12hrs. Ditto for internet. You have to contact host for them to re-charge which is just ridiculous. You know you have an occupant. Be pro-active and check on these things instead of waiting for everything to stop.
Fire alarm tested 3x a week and on one Sunday it went off 8x. Thorough, but deafening

Good place to rest
Pros:

The security guards at reception, location, the building itself are all very good

Cons:

It was my third time ate the place, and this time, the room wasn't the usual ou expected. The room was far below expectations.

I loved everything about the place, quiet place, super aesthetic with breathtaking pool up on the last flow and a gym section, so there’s nothing better than that

Pros:

Schöne Unterkunft in guter, zentraler Lage.
Allerdings konnten wir die gesamte Zeit Aufzug und Treppenhaus nicht benutzen (und damit Pool und Gym), da das mit Face-ID gesichert ist und die Registrierung kaputt war. Außerdem haben wir es nicht geschafft mehr als zwei Handtücher zu bekommen.

Fab stay, thank you.
Pros:

Great apartment with everything you need and plenty of space. Only criticism was a very uncomfotbale sofa! Staff were always friendly and helpful (particularly Chelsea) and the hotel felt very safe; security looked out for us as female travellers. Roof area was lovely on sunny days too. The location worked really well for everywhere we wanted to visit in the city.

Pros:

The Newlands Peak Apartment was in a great location for us, within a short drive of the V&A waterfront and with safe secure parking. The cafe within the apartment was nice and there is another cafe across the road. We felt safe at all times during our stay. The security was excellent and the apartment itself was perfect, two good sizes rooms with all the amenities and moderm with good WiFi. Woudl recommend.

Pros:

I like staying here on business in Cpt as it is very central and the security measures are quite strict. Lovely apartments for 1 or 2 night stays when in the Mother City. The check-in was particularly exhausting this time around but it was a combination of factors and not really a reflection of any one particular aspect.

Pros:

It’s a value for money property but you get what you pay for. Lots of things were cheaply made and therefor broke. The backdrop of the motorway was awfully noisy and not pleasant to sit on the balcony.
I’d suggest student accommodation would be better suited

Felt very safe and was easy to get where we needed to go. We will probably only stay here if we were to visit again although they took part of our deposit for a stain that was there when we arrived.

Our choice in location and absolute pleasant stay
Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay at the property, a warm welcome from the staff, very helpful with sorting out the parking. All the appliances in excellent and clean condition. Allowed access to the work space available even after we've checked out. Thank you
