The hotel was horrendous and I’m still awaiting my deposit back
The location made it easy to access a lot of Montreal. We walked everywhere. Hotel staff was very flexible about late check in time and have clear instructions for the front door. Bed was more comfortable than I anticipated!
Room was not spotless and the place doesn't have central heating.

Room is fine, no lift though and no sign of staff other than check-in times
Took a returnable city deposit weeks before the stay and 5 days later still no sign of this deposit despite checking out on time and no word from the hotel about any issues (there was none)

Good location, easy walking distance to the bus station, restaurants, and metro. Refrigerator in the room, but I'm not sure if all rooms have them.
Steep, narrow staircase dragging luggage to the third floor. Flat pillows, only 4 for two queen sized beds. The unit was a bit run down with peeling paint on the windows, paint splatters on the floor, etc. Pricey for what you get, but all of the hotels in Montreal seem pricey compared to most of the U.S. The unit hardly had any towels and no extra toilet paper, and most of the time, no one was at the check-in desk. Ultimately we were just there to sleep, but it would have been nice to have toilet paper when the one roll ran out in the middle of the night
Enough space for one person for one night
No lift to the room, and no option for dropping off bags. I had to carry mine around with me all day.
