Hot pools and views of the mountain. Their restaurant serves the most fabulous food and thoroughly enjoyed the relaxed but vibrant feel.
They should have coffee and tea in the rooms without being required to request what coffee and tea you require each day. Picking this up from reception I felt was not aligned with the cost of the rooms and I felt should have been automatically included in the room.
El Canoe es un hotel muy cómodo, moderno y buena atención, recamaras cómodas y modernas.
Puedes caminar al centro de Banff te toma 15 minutos y tienes la opción de tomar el bus que para frente al hotel. El hotel te obsequia tickets para el autobus.
Me encanta la terraza frontal que tiene el hotel.

Modern spacious rooms. Kitchenette perfect, bathroom nice. Hot pool/spa was great.
Shower flow rate was very poor given the lovely shower. AC was very noisy, it was either very noisy blowing full or off. I’d expect a in room AC system with 24/7 climate control in a new hotel. I would also expect smart tv to be able to watch YouTube/netflix (own accounts) to unwind in the evening. A small gym to row/weights. Tea/coffee having to ask is very clumsy we want tea/coffee when we want it not have to plan it when on holiday. - just small improvements but overall very happy.

The room was nice, the balcony was wonderful, the shower and the bathroom was great, and we loved the hot tubs. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The fast breakfast options at Sudden Sally's were all really delicious, and the breakfast prices were fair.
The bed was not very comfortable. There was some sort of cover on the mattress that was loud when people were moving around in their sleep. The bed was just not very soft. We stayed for five nights, so that got to be long on an uncomfortable bed.
Perfect location for exploring Banff. The hotel provides complimentary bus passes for the entire stay, and the bus stop is conveniently located just outside. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with tourist information and bookings. The hotel appears to have been recently renovated and is beautifully designed. The breakfast is outstanding. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend it!
Helpful staff. Fulfilled senior friendly request regarding room close to elevator and shower chair. Flexibility to go to hot pool from either hotel based on proximity. Good location for lakes/canyon or shopping in town through transit
Piles of dirty towels left in the room after room clean up. Need to call front desk on that to pick that up.

Lokalizacja hotelu bardzo dobra - w mieście, ale poza ścisłym centrum. Cisza, a jednocześnie łatwo wskoczyć na autostradę w kierunku turystycznych atrakcji. Naprzeciwko znajduje się przystanek autobusowy, a hotel zapewnia bezpłatne przejazdy.
Pokoje przestronne i komfortowe, a klimatyzacja działała sprawnie i była dobrze utrzymana.
Personel hotelu oraz restauracji 10/10. Wszystkie nasze prośby były realizowane życzliwie i z dużym zaangażowaniem, co znacząco wpłynęło na komfort pobytu.
Miłym dodatkiem jest coffee shop w hotelowym lobby – świetne miejsce na szybką poranną kawę.
Cały pobyt oceniamy bardzo pozytywnie. Wyjechaliśmy wypoczęci i zrelaksowani.
Niewielki wybór dla osób preferujących zdrowe, małokaloryczne śniadania.
