Happy stay
Pros:

Helpful staff. Fulfilled senior friendly request regarding room close to elevator and shower chair. Flexibility to go to hot pool from either hotel based on proximity. Good location for lakes/canyon or shopping in town through transit

Cons:

Piles of dirty towels left in the room after room clean up. Need to call front desk on that to pick that up.

Pros:

Lokalizacja hotelu bardzo dobra - w mieście, ale poza ścisłym centrum. Cisza, a jednocześnie łatwo wskoczyć na autostradę w kierunku turystycznych atrakcji. Naprzeciwko znajduje się przystanek autobusowy, a hotel zapewnia bezpłatne przejazdy.

Pokoje przestronne i komfortowe, a klimatyzacja działała sprawnie i była dobrze utrzymana.

Personel hotelu oraz restauracji 10/10. Wszystkie nasze prośby były realizowane życzliwie i z dużym zaangażowaniem, co znacząco wpłynęło na komfort pobytu.

Miłym dodatkiem jest coffee shop w hotelowym lobby – świetne miejsce na szybką poranną kawę.

Cały pobyt oceniamy bardzo pozytywnie. Wyjechaliśmy wypoczęci i zrelaksowani.

Cons:

Niewielki wybór dla osób preferujących zdrowe, małokaloryczne śniadania.

The hotel was beautiful, with great view of the mountains and staff was professional.
Pros:

It was very luxurious, spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

It was a little hot around the property.
You had to take 2 elevators to get to room.

Great stay, with beautiful views and hot tubs but I wish the beds were more comfortable.
Pros:

We enjoyed the hotel. The hot tubs were super nice and we enjoyed the Mountain View balcony. The other thing is it is on the far side of town, so to get to restaurants downtown it is about a one mile walk. After hiking all day it can be a long walk. They do provide free bus transit passes and the bus is right across the street. Overall it was a good stay, they just need to change out the mattresses because they are extremely stiff.

Overpriced
Pros:

Mooie ruime kamers, hele vriendelijke mensen, fijn dat er een zwembadje bij zit, rustige plek net buiten het centrum, fijn bed.
Bus stopt voor de deur, maar ik 15 min lopen sta je in het centrum.

Cons:

De prijs kwaliteit verhouding is echt schandalig. Ruim 600 euro voor een prima kamer is echt bizar.
Er zat geen ontbijt bij voor die prijs, de airco was niet goed af te stellen, de kamer werd pas heel laat op de dag schoon gemaakt.
Ter vergelijking: in de Malediven betaal je ook 600 euro voor een mega mooie kamer, midden op zee, op een tropisch eiland inclusief ontbijt en mega goede service.
Ik begrijp dat Banff duur is, ik snap dat mensen toch wel komen, dus het goed geld verdienen is, maar dit slaat echt nergens op
