Well located Banff hotel with helpful staff
Pros:

The room was spacious and comfortable. There was free parking near the room. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. We were given a bus pass for the length of our stay so our rental car stayed parked.

Way too brief, we would have loved to stay another few days...
Pros:

The restaurant was excellent. The hot tubs were spa like. The view of the mountains from our room were fabulous. Also, we arrived early and we were still able to get a room, which was excellent after flying into Calgary in the morning.

Cons:

This is a little pricey, but its Banff, so what do you do?

Pros:

Location was great and view amazing and staff friendly and clean rooms.

Cons:

Just that the coffee and stuff like toothbrush wasn’t already in the room we have to request it

Staff was extremely helpful and polite. We were comfortable and enjoyed the balcony daily.
Pros:

I liked that the property is at the end of the strip. It’s quieter and not crowded. There is a hiking trail adjacent to the property. It is so across the street from a park. There was elk in the side garden of the property. The views were outstanding. We loved the hot pools after exploring the mountains every day. The hot pools were great for relaxing tired legs!

Cons:

I’d prefer a Keurig coffee maker in the room. I didn’t like having to make my own with an electric kettle and a drip over coffee pot. We had difficulties actually watching television or getting the next day’s weather information on the tv.

Gut, aber für uns nichts zum wiederholen

Großes Zimmer, freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Gestaltung und Ausstattung des Hotels nicht ganz unser Geschmack. Die Zimmertüren sind nicht schallgeschützt, so dass man jedes Geräusch vom Gang hört. Das betrifft insbesondere den linken Teil der Hotelzimmer, wo sich auch die Zugänge zu den Parkmöglichkeiten befinden. Wir waren auf Etage 5. Hier lbefinndet sich zusätzlich der Zugang zum SPA.
