Dirty communal areas, overpriced and room view of the building infront of you
Pros:

Location is pretty good at the outskirts of town

Cons:

Communal area like hallways and elevators were very dirty so much so that I didn’t want to use the hot tub for that reason

The property has 3 buildings and if you are in the middle of back building on a lower floor your view is the building infront of you and you cannot even see the sky that’s pretty awful for a property in beautiful Banff

Air conditioning/ heating is super noisy

Service loin d’être à la hauteur d’un hôtel quatre étoiles : personnel très peu professionnel, peu serviable et incapable de fournir des explications claires. J’ai été facturée deux fois, en plus d’un dépôt de garantie de 300 $, sans en être informée. Chambre non nettoyée, seul le lit était fait. Au départ, nous avons dû attendre 20 minutes pour la vérification de la chambre, sans avoir été prévenus du délai à prévoir, ce qui pose problème lorsqu’on a un bus à prendre.

Hotel novo, instalaçōes bem conservadas. Quarto amplo e agradavel. Funcionarios educados e prestativos.

Pros:

In Banff war es unser absolutes Lieblingshotel. Die Ausstattung war super, die Zimmer sauber und der Service hervorragend. Besonders gut hat uns die Nachhaltigkeit be dem gratis Tee und Kaffee gefallen und das hauseigene Restaurant "Sudden Sally" hat den besten Cheeseburger der Stadt.

We love staying at this hotel,staff are very helpful, food is delicious, love the bus pass to get around, hot pools and firepit overlooking the mountains, our second time and will definitely return.

Magical setting and wonderful accommodations.
Pros:

The hotel is situated towards the end of the town. It’s very convenient. The rooms are large and include at least 2 chairs. We could sit on the balcony and had a view of the mountains. Beds were comfortable and rooms are clean and having a restaurant and bar in the lobby was helpful when the weather is bad. Staff was very helpful. The price of the room is very high but the rooms and location are great. I would expect breakfast to be included at that high a price.

Cons:

The property is about 30 minute walk from the town. They have free parking which is great. But the distance can be a problem if you want to be right in the middle of town. And parking in Banff is no impossible and very expensive.
