Great location, beautiful hotel with super helpful staff!
Pros:

This is a beautiful, newer hotel! Nice and Clean. It is at the entrance area to Banff Town. We loved the location because it was quite and we had a nice view and very reasonable restaurant, plus a happy hour! They gave us bus passes and we jumped on the bus that ran every 15 minutes. The hot tub area is spectacular. We really enjoyed the super hot water after a long hiking day!!! Loved the laundry so much!
We stayed 5 nights.

Cons:

AVOID THE BUILDINGS ON THE HILL! We were on the 7th floor of the C building. To get down to the registration area and bus stop we had to take 3 different elevators and walk across 2 parking lots. Most people were having their room changed when they realized it was a hike down to the street. We just dealt with it...making it an additional workout for the day. We recommend they A building. Also, the beds were a little hard.

A must stay place ..
Pros:

Everything… however you must try the almond croissant and iced cinnamon bun from cafe … best ever !
Easy flat walk of 20 min to town or free bus ticket from outside ..

A comfortable room, but disappointing housekeeping service and payment issues impacted the overall experience.
Pros:

We were very happy with the room size. It was large, and offered plenty of space for a comfortable stay.

Cons:

The main issue during my stay was the housekeeping service. I stayed for four nights, and my room was only cleaned once. Despite requesting housekeeping daily, I often returned to the hotel after a long day to find that my room had not been serviced.

I also experienced an issue with the payment process. The full cost of my stay was deducted on the first day. However, on the second day, I received a notification from my bank indicating that the hotel had charged an additional amount that was almost equal to the total cost of my stay. This caused unnecessary concern and inconvenience during my trip.

Clean, hot spring

Cons:

If I had known there was a water dispenser and laundry facility in the building next door, I would have used them. It would have been helpful if this information had been provided at check-in.

Great stay in Banff!
Pros:

Pros:

깨끗하고, 어매니티 좋고(시트러스 향이 향기로움), 주차도 편하고(숙소 바로 1층에 댈수있었음), 그리고 제일 마음에 들었던 건,... 역시 스파.... 스파 있는 것도 모르고 숙박한 거 였는데... 스파가 있어 이틀 내내 이용했다. 시부모님도 마음에 들어하셨고, 스파에서 산을 바라보며 여독을 풀 수 있어서 좋았다. 방도 아늑하고 테라스에서 바라보는 산 전경이 정말 아름다웠다. 시누이랑 이것저것 따져보고 엄청 오랫동안 숙소를 고르고 골랐었는데 여기를 고르기를 잘한 것 같다.

Excellent place to stay if you pay up to $200 per night
Pros:

1) The hotel is new and clean
2) Hot swimming pool on the roof works in winter - that's great
3) Good helpful staff
4) Tasty coffee at Sudden Sally
5) Very nice view
6) Free public transport pass
7) Great soap & shampoo in room

Cons:

1) The price went up drastically ($400 and up per night) and I don’t think I will book this hotel next time
2) Heating system (fancoil) is so loud, that I had to turn it off at night. It is impossible to regulate the fan speed
3) No dishes in room. I had to borrow forks & plates from the restaurant at the hotel
4) No toilet brush
5) Tiny refrigerator

Wonderful, will be back!
Pros:

We took an upgrade with king room mountain views. The room was clean, and well decorated (loved the fireplace), great views, the bed was huge, the staff was friendly and helpful, hot pool was nice and seemed clean. Loved our balcony. We always had a free spot to park ou car, We went to the restaurant for breakfast and happy hour, it was also great!

Cons:

Its 20 min walking from the Banff Center but it wasn’t a big deal for us, that’s the only downside I can think of.

Little disappointed with the mountain view plus the hot pool view of people.
Pros:

Beautiful settings and building.

Cons:

Our room balcony was right above the hot pool. So there was no privacy sitting outside of the balcony to enjoy the mountain view. No coffee or tea provided inside the room. The toilet flush handle is broken.
