Sehr schöner Spa Bereich, gutes Restaurant, tolles Personal
Lovely new hotel with good guest facilities, we used the hot pools and the laundry. The room was a good size, we had a Mountain View room unfortunately it was quite misty! The complimentary bus passes to town were excellent and we used them a lot.
Coffee and tea was good - comes as fresh coffee for a filter.
The layout can be a bit confusing if you are further back in the hotel! However you get the hang of it
Well designed hotel that functions at a very high level. Rooms are spacious, modern and comfortable. The rooms are very quiet and well equipped. Free courtesy bus is brilliant, creating ease and precision.

Price point
The unit was new and very spacious. It had a gas log fireplace, which we actually used for a short time. It gave it a lovely ambiance. A guest laundry was appreciated.
It is on the edge of town, so they provide Roam bus tickets for free use of the buses. And there is a stop opposite the hotel. However, the bus passed only roughly hourly.
Breakfast wasn’t included so we did not have it.

Heel dunne muren en bijgevolg veel lawaai van andere hotelgasten.
Geen koffie na 20u, hoewel vele koffies op het dessertmenu staan ?!!
Clean & comfortable.
Housekeeping doing their best but overworked. Obviously vacating rooms are priority, therefore stay over rooms were not serviced until evening. Only 2 washers & dryers for the whole hotel. Would have liked crockery & cutlery as there was a microwave. We did ask at the Cafe & they obliged.

Da falta de cobertor no quarto, falta de uma bucha na pia, colchão desconfortável, água fraca do chuveiro, serviço de housekeeping limitado a organizar as camas e cardápio do restaurante bem limitado.
Modern and spacious
A bit far out of town
Loved this hotel and location. Yes, it is about a 20 minute walk from the main area of Banff but the hotel gives you free Roam transit passes for your stay and given its almost the first stop it’s an easy on. Always had a good seat even when took all the way to the gondola. Beautiful large rooms with lots of storage. The drip filter Sudden Sally coffee is a great amenity as well as their restaurant with great pastries and meals. Hot tub with views (two hot tubs) are amazing. Does have two washers and two dryers (in a tight spot) but we used during our stay. Would stay here again.
My only complaint are the plastic sheet protectors -makes it hard to move especially if you’re a tosser and turner at night. I get the reason why but ugh not comfortable.
The hotel’s location was excellent, with beautiful surroundings and great views. The interior design and decor were stylish and welcoming. What impressed us the most was the professionalism and friendliness of the staff (Mim, Nathaly and Katie). They were always helpful and provided detailed information whenever we asked about places to visit, transportation options, and local attractions. We also appreciated the complimentary transit pass they provided, which allowed us to use buses and conveniently during our stay.
The cleanliness was the biggest issue during our stay. Housekeeping was below expectations, with poorly made beds and untidy blankets. We were also given extra blankets that had visible hair on them, and it was unclear whether the hair was from people or pets, which was very unpleasant and unhygienic. Basic amenities such as slippers, toothbrushes, and shaving kits were not provided. Additionally, the room we received did not have the view shown in the booking photos, and we had to pay extra to upgrade to a room with the expected view. Considering the high price of the hotel, we expected a much higher standard of cleanliness, service, and overall guest experience than what we actually received.
