I would stay here again but possibly not include breakfast
Pros:

breakfast was ok, the cafe is very noisy though and it is because of staff members talking VERY loudly to each other and cleaning happening during breakfast hoursThe . The location is excellent with easy access to the malls.

Didn’t eat. Left immediately in the morning after a horrendous night

Cons:

My room seemed to be an interleading room with paper thin walls. I could hear everything going on in the room next door. Clearly the occupants were snorting something, because these sounds were blatantly obvious and the very strange, ongoing giggling and panting sounds were evidence of this. I did not want to listen to a pornographic show!! I had to listen to this go on for hours. It was very disturbing 😳 I couldn’t even put the TV on, as I couldn’t get it to work and there were no instructions in the room. I eventually went to sleep after many hours and when I woke up at around 6 a.m. , they were at it again with absolutely no consideration for anyone. Also banging the bathroom and toilet doors. In hindsight, when it started, I should have gone down to the desk and demanded to be put in another room. I had however already had an exhausting day and all I wanted when I got there quite late was a soft place to land and get some sleep. I had already unpacked, showered and settled in for the night.

Been disappointed elsewhere? Give this one a try.
Pros:

It's clean with enough amenities. Comfortable big bed. Hot water all the time, you bath anytime you like. It's such a wonderful place to be. It came to my rescue and comforted me after a horrible experience at African Havens Guest house where I only stayed for one hour then decided to book this one on the same night.

Cons:

I didn't like that I had to leave.

Pros:

Very friendly staff. Room was good

Cons:

Next time please make sure kettles are cleaned proper as there was hair in the kettle. And I was unable to make coffee in the morning
