relaxing and enjoyable
Pros:

The hotel is lovely, it's been around for sometime but that only adds to the charm. The room was very confortable. The views are beautiful and the staff helpful and welcoming. We had some good food too.

Cons:

The bathroom in our room was showing its age and although everything worked it was very defiantly in need of some renovations. The Sunday lunch was disappointing which was a surprise as the rest of the food hadn't been. I think the problem is that you just cannot offer a full Sunday lunch at such a low price and expect it to be anything other than mediocre, you should be aiming higher, people want quality and are prepared in my view to pay more for it, cheap is not always cheerful.

I will always stay at the BP if it is available.
Pros:

Loved the breakfast. The location is brilliant. The BP is a bit like a family home. I love it.

A couple of days break by the sea
Pros:

The location is superb. The food is great and the staff are excellent and so friendly.

Cons:

Unfortunately the property was undergoing an upgrade and there were workers there during the day. Booking.com did not inform us if the ongoing upgrade so I can’t really blame the venue.

The stay was great, great view and location. Loved the big Bed !!!

Mi è piaciuta la posizione e il ristorante.

Cons:

L’hotel è datato e necessita di ristrutturazione. Ma lavori come questi sono fastidiosi e due giorni giorni di martello pneumatico e operai che vanno e vengono per l’hotel sono fastidiosi. Ah dimenticavo, le camere fredde senza possibilità di aumentare la temperatura. Rubinetteria rotta, da sostituire.

The location is amazing and the receptionist and breakfast staff were amazing

Cons:

They downgraded our room and informed me via text message. When I asked about a reduced rate, the staff member claimed I already had a good price on Booking.com and refused to adjust it—leaving me with a "take it or leave it" choice just a day or two before arrival. This was very unprofessional; had they informed me earlier about the ongoing work, I would have changed my reservation. The receptionist did, however, offer complimentary wine after I brought it up at check-in.
