A decent hotel with a good price point.
Pros:

Location is great. Staff are friendly. Beds are comfy and hotel is clean in general.

Cons:

Room could have a minibar.

Lovely hotel in a great location - just change the pillows!
Pros:

Great location, well equipped room, good shower and friendly staff. They left lovely card and chocolates in our room for my birthday which was a lovely touch, as well as giving us a sea view room at my request.

Cons:

All of the pillows are REALLY uncomfortable! Overfilled and too hard. So sadly that meant we didn’t sleep well.

A comfortable cosy stay in a cool, interesting hotel
Pros:

A brilliant location, central but still out the way a little. The safe were very helpful and friendly, the decor is fun and different to other hotels. Everything was perfect!

Pros:

Great location, right by the sea front. Easy to find. Rooms were very nice and modern with great facilities. Bed was very comfy and meant I got a great nights sleep!

Cons:

Check in was very slow and had to wait for rooms despite check in being at 3, very few people got rooms at 3. Got very crowded in reception due to so many people waiting for rooms

Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was spot on—close to everything we wanted to see and do, which meant more time exploring and less time figuring out where we were going. Despite being so central, it was wonderfully quiet, making it easy to relax after a busy day. The room was comfortable, the view was fantastic, and we found ourselves spending a little too much time admiring it. The staff were superb—friendly, professional, and always happy to help. With great amenities nearby and such an accommodating team, it felt like the hotel had thought of everything. We’d happily stay again! 😊

Cons:

Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but there were a few areas that could be improved. The TV seemed to have a mind of its own at times and was occasionally a bit glitchy. We also noticed there wasn’t a toilet brush in the bathroom, which felt like a small but surprising omission. The lift took a little getting used to and occasionally felt like a puzzle we hadn’t quite solved yet. Breakfast was quite busy, and while there was plenty on offer, the coffee didn’t quite provide the morning wake-up call we were hoping for. With a few tweaks, the experience could be even better.

A comfortable and clean hotel
Pros:

Great location for Brighton city centre. Very helpful and friendly staff, clean and comfortable room. The only down side was the price. This was possibly one of the most expensive hotels I have stayed in. I appreciate this has a lot to do with the location and the timing of our visit, however I paid a lot less for five star stays in places like New York or The Maldives. It just felt a bit over the top for the experience.

We stay here all the time and love it!
Pros:

Love this hotel! Central, clean, great breakfast, friendly staff, comfortable rooms.

Cons:

The ONLY thing I can say is offer a second size pillow - a bit thick for my liking and I heard someone else ask about this. And mop the floors a bit more often or offer complimentary slippers.

Good Hotel, Friendly Staff, Great location & very good value

Modern, good location & helpful staff

Cons:

Small things but they matter. The Aircondition is programmed to keep switching off which in a heat wave made no sense & disrupted our sleep. There is an open jug of milk on every one’s breakfast table but after customers leave the staff spray cleaner material which I saw spraying into the milk!!

Many hotels look tired not The Maldron. Great breakfast too.
