Great staff and breakfast.
Pros:

Location was good clean and modern. Good breakfast and dinner was excellent.

Cons:

We were told beforehand about discounted availability parking and on arrival we were told the discount had been discontinued. We were very annoyed the hotel hadn't let us know about this beforehand. Would have been polite to let us know. We had a very high priced parking bill. The room was adequate and not deluxe as specified. Not a lot of space for storing clothing.

חדר נחמד אם כי קצת קטן, שהיה נעימה.
Pros:

מלון יפה ממוקם קרוב לים אם כי 10 דקות הליכה ממרכז העניינים.
חדר קטן יחסית אבל מאורגן היטב. חדר רחצה מרווח ונוח.

Cons:

לא היו נעלי בית. הלכתי יחף ואחרי יומיים במלון הרגליים שלי התמלאו בלכלוך. מה שאומר שהם רק סידרו את המיטה וזרקו זבל ולא באמת ניקו.

Clean and tidy

Cons:

Access for disabled. Side door was an afterthought. Parking wasn’t accessible. The room option for accessible didn’t work for us as there were 3 of us.

Pros:

Comfortable rooms. Clean. Good breakfast.

Cons:

Unfortunately I can’t leave a properly good review as I left an item behind in my room after my stay and it somehow went missing. Disappointing as it was an otherwise good stay. Don’t rely on housekeeping saving items for return if you leave anything behind is all I’ll say.

Excellent value for money in Brighton!
Pros:

Excellent location for the Brighton Centre where my conference was. Close to the high street and an excellent street for food. Room was spacious and had everything I needed. Shower was lovely, warm and powerful. They stored my luggage without any trouble. Check-in was easy and so was checkout

Lovely comfortable stay, excellent option for the central location.
Pros:

Really comfortable beds, lovely clean room, big bathroom. Very nice breakfast.

Cons:

Returning to our room late at night, I understand the need for security, however I think the hotel should rethink the current system. As women travelling having to declare our names and room number outside on the street to a man that we don’t know and where anyone can hear is not a safe thing to do. Showing a room key should be sufficient.

Great hotel in a lovely location.
Pros:

Excellent location near the seafront and city centre. There was a good selection at breakfast. The bedroom and shower room were spacious. Good quality of furniture and fittings.

Cons:

There were no drawers in the room to store smaller items of clothing.
