This hotel is well located for the city centre, has comfortable, clean rooms and offers great value
Pros:

Breakfast was pretty average and DIY mostly. Location was great for central manchester

Cons:

We thought breakfast was the most disappointing element, Scrambled eggs that were almost white in colour, tasteless and obviously made by someone who hadn't a clue, and fried eggs (which you had to ask specially for) which were overdone and swimming in oil. I asked for an omlette but was told there was a half hour wait! Staff were all helpful but obviously overwhelmed at peak times meaning tables were left with used plates and cups for long periods. But then you have to consider the price we paid, just over £200 for two nights on a Saturday and Sunday. That's very reasonable

Pros:

Pretty much everything was spot on! Great location, great hotel, very well kept & felt new, had an A/C, comfy beds and good toilet

Cons:

Only things that stand out was;
Floor at the room could have been cleaned a bit more
With this standard and price expect to have separate conditioner at the shower

Decent hotel but I won’t stay again due to parking costs
Pros:

Great location nice and clean and a good breakfast

Cons:

No parking. It cost me £60 to park on the car park for 2 and a half days. The 25% off code they hand out for a discount doesn’t work. I was working so really decent space in room for clothes or a desk area to work off
