Pros:

Nice hotel - friendly staff - nice food and drinks

Cons:

Stopped at this place several times and it has the most annoying aircon - seems to switch off every few hours - rooms end up getting very warm unless you keep getting up to switch back on

Pleasant stay
Pros:

Location, good size rooms, clean.

Cons:

The night duty staff could have been more helpful. We tried to order some food and found them unhelpful and dismissive. Please do not advertise 24h food service as this is not happening in this hotel.

Very good hotel with easy access to city venues.
Pros:

Great choice of food from full English to Continental pastries.

Cons:

No attention paid to the fact we didn’t want clean towels each day and he/coffee etc not always replenished.
Evening meal was excellent but took over 45
minutes to be served for which we were compensated. Staff very friendly and welcoming.

Pros:

The restaurant is expensive compared to other equivalent 4 star hotels in the area. It also has a comparatively limited menu. Needs improvement in both quality, quantity, vareity and prices!

Cons:

Ditto
