Pros:

Second staff member I dealt with was lovely and super helpful. Once I got moved to a decent room, it was fine but the carry on beforehand I could have done without. Beds are comfy enough and it's got all the basics. Great location for gigs and work in the city centre.

Cons:

The £50 charge on arrival for "extras". Could not afford to lose that money for a few days for absolutely nothing. Mentioned that wasn't in place the last time I stayed and the snippy and unhelpful staff member on arrival lied and said it had been in place for months when I only stayed there a couple of weeks ago. Spoke to me like I was an idiot and gave me a room that was open when I arrived and smelled of damp and mould. It was also right on the Trongate. I'd been at a work conference all day and was tired and stressed and overstimulated so didn't want to deal with the horrible person again. Thankfully you had some nice staff on and they helped me but I still had a meltdown when I got up to my room. So disappointed as I really enjoyed my stay the last time, but not sure I'd stay there again as I can't afford to shell out 50 quid for nothing. I often travel on a strict budget and that really put a spanner in my plans as I couldn't do the things I wanted to because I was £50 short.

Petreceți cât mai mult în hotel dar nu în cameră poate că asta a fost și ideea....:-)
Pros:

Atmosfera a fost foarte caldă datorită personalului de asemenea toate spațiile comune sunt deosebit de plăcute din punctul de vedere al designului și funcționalități micul dejun cu adevărat spectaculos se ridică la nivelul unui hotel de cinci stele.

Cons:

Camera era un pic pernă Nu avea niciun fel de personalitate destul de rece nu aveau nimic care să te facă să te simți foarte confortabil. Și dimensiunea era destul de mică dar în regatul Unit se știe că spațiul este foarte mic.

Als wäre man bei einem Computer zu Gast

Die "technischen Daten" stimmen; Gutes Frühstück, sauberes Zimmer, Wasserkocher.

Cons:

Unpersönlicher Check-In/Check-Out an einem Computer. GBP 50 Kaution beim Check-In, habe ich noch nie erlebt. Dafür, dass alles möglichst automatisiert war, war der Preis unverschämt hoch. Personenkult um den Gründer der Hotelkette. Überall Nachhaltigkeits-Bla-Bla, ohne dass irgendein Unterschied in dieser Hinsicht zu anderen Hotels erkennbar gewesen wäre.

Cons:

Check out is at 12pm and there was very loud drilling that lasted from 9:20-11:30am from inside the hotel which highly disrupted our sleep. Then a house keeper started knocking at 11:40am when checkout starts 12pm which made us uncomfortable and rushed out the room. It’s also all self service, so for £150 for a night it just didn’t feel special for a birthday get away
