3. We will ask you to show us your credit card upon check-in. The name on the credit card should match the name on your identification document (ID or passport) presented upon check-in. Both the credit card and the identification document must be presented physically (i.e., no pictures or copies allowed).

5. Prepayment policies may differ according to the selected preferences. Please enter the dates of your stay and check the policy of your preferred room and payment conditions. Nonrefundable bookings, will be charged directly after booking. Flexible bookings will be charged at midnight before your day of arrival. The credit card used to make the booking will be charged with the total amount of the reservation through an automatic payment.
6. When booking more than 9 rooms or more than 18 people, or more than 5 rooms for stays exceeding 7 nights, different policies and additional supplements will apply. The hotel will contact you directly to communicate the applicable policies.
7. Your room is cleaned daily with towels and sheets changed every third day. Please consider reusing your towels by hanging them up in the bathroom. This helps us save up to 60 liters of water per stay.
8. Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in your room. Guide/assistance dogs are permitted on request, please contact the property for confirmation.

Nos ha gustado mucho el trato del personal en recepción, así como la posibilidad de usar las instalaciones del Hall del Hotel para llevar comida de fuera y comértela allí o pasar simplemente un rato con el ordenador o jugar al billar. El buffet del desayuno está bastante bien aunque por 17,50 libras por persona, puedes encontrar en los alrededores opciones mucho más baratas y que también están muy bien. El buffet está bien, pero carece de algunas cosas esenciales, como por ejemplo un buen aceite de oliva o simplemente cacao en polvo para el desayuno.
La habitación está bastante bien y en general muy limpia, pero es cierto que hay que estar muy pendiente para que cada día la limpien, de hecho uno de los días se saltaron la limpieza de la habitación y cuando llegamos por la noche encontramos que no lo habían limpiado. Teniendo en cuenta que habíamos pagado un dineral por la habitación, lo mínimo es que cada día la limpien sin tener que estar encima. Por otro lado, a las tres noches me di cuenta que la ducha estaba atrancada, y es que al destapar el embellecedor tenía muchísima suciedad, que no era de solo un día. A las 12:00 de la noche me vi limpiando un sumidero completamente atorado de pelos y potingues para poder darme una ducha….nada agradable.

Washbasin in the room instead of bathroom, I couldn’t dry hair in the bathroom.
Staff were lovely and attentive, especially William , who was night staff, who went above and beyond. A credit to the team.

Having bad eysight, I would say the lighting in the room was a bit of an issue for make up and hair, also locations for hair accessories with mirrors.
Having the sink outside in the main bedroom and not the bathroom was a bit strange, but, it didn't deter the stay any.
L'hotel rispecchia in pieno lo spirito di questa città: eclettico e vivace. Aree destinate a tante attività sotto lo stesso tetto: palestra, ristorante, coworking, tavolo da ping pong e biliardo...
La stanza era ben arredata e accogliente.
La posizione nella Merchant City è fantastica. L'autobus per l'aeroporto non sarebbe troppo distante se non fosse per alcuni lavori alle strade che hanno fatto deviare il percorso.
Non lo definirei un difetto ma una stranezza: il lavandino nella stanza piuttosto che nel bagno.
Ciò che però avrei gradito sarebbe stato un lavandino non intasato. Pigrizia mia nel non segnalarlo.
