Pros:

Nice, modern hotel with all the usual amenities. The location is really good for exploring London. What really set the hotel apart was the attitude of the staff. We needed to go out of London for 3-4 days soon after arriving in the city and I'd asked the hotel if we could leave our luggage there for 3 days before checking in and they very graciously allowed it. Most hotels only store luggage on the day of checking in and check out. Even during our stay the staff at the front desk was consistently cheerfully helpful. Would happily stay here again (if I get a good deal).

Great stay. Would highly recommend
Pros:

Great value for everything you get. The hotel was bright, very clean and welcoming. The staff were so attentive and went over and above to make my stay a pleasant one. The location was great and no outside noise from any traffic, which is unusual for that area but due to the positioning, I couldn't hear anything. The breakfast was great and the room service menu options were good.

Good location and value for money
Pros:

Good location, comfortable and clean rooms and friendly staff

Cons:

I would have preferred cleaning of the room in the morning. They came late afternoon when we were getting ready to go out

Angenehmes ruhiges und sauberes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal.
Pros:

Modernes und gepflegtes Hotel. Gutes englisches Frühstück. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Ein Schrank im Zimmer wäre gut. Wenigstens war eine Kleiderstange mit ein paar Bügeln vorhanden.

Pros:

Struttura ben allocata e facilmente raggiungibile a piedi da Liverpool street. Stanza pulita e letto comodo. Staff molto cordiale e disponibile. Possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in deposito dopo il check out per poi riprenderli successivamente nel pomeriggio.
