A charming boutique hotel that was much nicer than the generic chains. Super location. Staff were very friendly and could not have been more obliging. Fantastic breakfast at a really good price.

Cet hôtel est l'adresse secrète qu'on donne à sa meilleure amie. Il est à peine soupçonnable lorsqu'on arrive devant cette gelatoria (les glaces sont délicieuses du reste, notamment la dark chocolate). L'accueil est très chaleureux, la chambre au 3ème étage est spacieuse et très agréable, le quartier au coeur de Soho est à proximité de tout.
J'y retournerai avec grand plaisir !
Comfortable bed and spacious bathroom
Lack of lighting in the bathroom. The steam iron was not effective, prefer normal iron. The pillow was too soft.

Beautiful luxury room in Central Soho. Above a cafe which is also the check-in point which serves great coffee and gelati. Super friendly staff who could not be more helpful. Room was beautifully presented and spacious for this part of London. Air-conditioning which was very important in July. Central to everything we needed.
Be aware that the check-in time is very strict although bags can be dropped off prior and will be delivered to your room once it is ready.

Great location, friendly staff, good quality towels and bathroom lotions, goid shower, comfortable bed and excellent air-con.

Excellent location, service and a beautifully designed hotel. Was really quiet and AC was amazing in the heat. Shower facilities were fabulous - gowns and slippers provided.
Only a suggestion - the shower could be fitted with a shelf to hold products instead of keeping them placed on the base.
Great location
No lift/elevator. Weird buzzing noise prevented sleep - management was very delayed in responding and still did not find a solution for us.

The location was amazing and the room was a brilliant size. The style of the furniture was also really cool and stylish. We were getting married and had lots of people coming in and out, and the hotel was amazingly accommodating and really helpful.
