Value for money room with toilets and showers. Will surely stop again if tge price is tge same.

The property was clean and pleaseant. Well decorated. Better than what I expected.

Cons:

Mattress described as professional mattress on the side, paid for the upgrade to the king bed and it has literal lumps in it, I’m surprised the springs didn’t pop out. Be aware that the king rooms are on the top floor so if you’re mid heatwave - stay away. The room next door went and slept in their car. Drain blocked in shower, was like having a bath.

Pros:

Aprt from the let downs i was happy with the room the staff and catch up on tv was a big bonus the most will stay here again in the future if travel esp too leciester

Cons:

Was pretty let down by rude guests but the staff was quick too sort it esp there was no staff about after 21 esp
Also the bed was a bit uncomfortable if honest

We had a family party booked so the location was great. Prices were reasonable and the food, although limited was hot and fresh. The staff were very friendly (a tad inexperienced) but everyone needs to learn somewhere

Cons:

I agree with many of the reviews. The stairs are quite steep and narrow. The room was very hot and despite the fans was still uncomfortable. On saying that, we had just experienced the hottest week of the year with record temperatures 🌡. It would be preferable to have decent milk and coffee in the room, however the costa 2 mins walk away can sort anyone's needs

Served it’s purpose for an overnight stay

Receptionist was very friendly. On site parking. Plenty of electric & usb sockets good first impression

Cons:

Everything in the room was dusty, as was the bathroom the towel rail especially. Not good if you have allergies. Think the room had been made up a while but wasn’t checked prior to occupation. Only one bedside table for a double room,.
