Wouldn’t return. Steep narrow stairs too dangerous when carrying cases etc.
Pros:

The staff were lovely. Nice clean bedding. Plenty of hot water. Spacious quad room.

Cons:

Narrow steep stairs to room. Traffic noise was loud. Beds were cheap and springs noisy. People above very noisy and could hear every step they took. Card entry in guest door once reception was closed. Foreigners seemed to bring in a lot of “friends” via card entry about 11.30. No sound proofing.

Reasonably priced stop on our road trip.
Pros:

This was the first stop on our journey North to Scotland. Our room was clean and comfortable.
We liked having access to some communal tables to eat our takeaway dinner at.

Cons:

There were only takeaway food offerings within walking distance of the Hotel, for dinner on a Wednesday night.
We could hear other residents leaving early in the morning.

Location is very good for everything in Desborough.

Both of us hardly slept at all. Please fit a silent closing door for guests to enter the hotel.
Pros:

The room was comfortable enough. It was quite small for two people.

Cons:

We went to bed at 10;00 and the room they put us in was above what must have been a sprung loaded door for the guests to come in as the reception shuts at nine. It kept slamming till 3:00 am. We were due to stay a second night but could not face it.

Very impressed for the price, great stay

Quiet room, comfortable warm bed, hot shower, coffee for the morning, for the price I paid I wasn't expecting too much, but was very impressed and would definitely stay again

Don’t waste your money .

The only fault was the mattress was rather
