Locatie was perfect. Wij kozen dit hotel om naar Legoland te gaan en ook zodat we Windsor in konden. Met een gezin was dat een uitdaging maar de familiekamer was voor onze groep de oplossing. Fijn dat de kamer op de begane grond zat. Ontbijt was perfect. Aardig personeel.
Wij hadden een auto met dakkoffer en konden niet in de ondergrondse parkeergarage. We konden naast het hotel achter een hek maar moesten wel de hele tijd aanbellen. Wel fijn dat ze een alternatief konden bieden ondanks dat we niet in de parkeergarage pasten.
De douche werd niet heel erg warm. Op een gegeven moment was deze ook koud, we hoorden toen ook een andere douche lopen. Toen die was gestopt met douchen hadden wij weer warm water.
Het parkeren was betaald.
It was a very comfortable, well located and well equipped hotel, the family room was spacious.
The ease of getting there from Heathrow, the ease of getting to Windsor from there, and the reasonable price. Also the staff are always super helpful & friendly.

No AC and the mechanic was not reachable due to weekend. Don't promise an AC and hand out little fans. Absolute no go
Easy to get the shuttle from airport. Comfortable and clean room - bigger than what we were expecting due to the price we paid. We all ate very well at breakfast. People on the desk were very friendly, courteous, professional and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
Bathroom could do with updating- but perfectly acceptable for the price we were paying.

Location was perfect, a two minute drive from the Maple parking spot. Staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great. The room was comfortable and quiet, and I had no outside disturbances. Simple car parking and plenty of spaces
The air con wasn't the best, it didn't go cool enough for me personally and the shower gel provided by the room was empty.

The room was very spacious and clean. Bed very comfortable. Convenient to have regular coach transfers to airport. Nice to have people at reception.
It was a slightly longer trip to airport than I realised. The maximum volume of the TV was too soft for me. I was disappointed not to have a place for my open suitcase — I don’t like having to crouch on the floor. Reception said they didn’t have a luggage rack.
Easy to reach with the hotel bus or public transport (like bus 703, actualy much better @ 3 GBP vs. 6-7). It takes probably 5' from the airport. Nice room and batchroom, clean and spacious. Good to get the breakfast too: it's a good solution with a good price/quality ratio.
One a little remark: the breakfast tables could be wipe out a bit more frequently. Mine was sticky. But overall the breakfast room was clean and arranged.
