The pillows was so flat, had to double up and tgen still too flat. Bed was comfy.
The location was perfect for the airport- bus stop stops exactly in front of the door , breakfast was good and friendly staff , room was also to my liking and clean .

Hotel was very close to terminal 3 at Heathrow. The lobby was lovely and smelt amazing, room was clean and comfortable and big. Bed was very comfortable and air con was great and kept the room nice and cool. Bathroom was big and clean. Breakfast was very nice and there was good options. Staff were very kind and accommodating. I also liked there was a code to open the door, felt extra secure.
Would've been nice to have 4 pillows on the bed instead of 2.

Nette hotel, wij kozen hem omdat de prijs kwaliteit verhouding erg goed is, maar we hoeven niet te vliegen dus daar kunnen we weinig over zeggen, wel lag het hotel gunstig om verschillende kanten op te gaan

They needed more staff as the reception staff were trying to man that and the restaurant serving
Close to Heathrow( although taxi fare is very steep). Hotel is modern, clean and room well insulated from street noise. For a budget hotel, the breakfast was very good ( compared to US budget hotels). There is a pub across the road which served a nice array of Thai food.

On Ground Floor, Flush Drain doesn't work properly. The Hot Water in the shower couldn't be made to work. The bed mattress seemed overused and compressed; needs replacement.
I loved the functioning air conditioning and very clean, modern facilities.
There was cleanliness with a special feel of friendliness.pleasabt outlook but close to airport. Rooms and facilities were on point. Had a bit of difficulty finding the bus at Heathrow but that was my fault. Bus drops at the door...no walking with luggage . Thank you for a very pleasant first night. Breky was great too.

Great option for staying close to Heathrow. Clean, affordable, quiet. Staff was exceptional. Breakfast had standard options. Bus to/from airport stops right in front of the building.
