豪華さなどは無いが、きちんと運営されている良いホテルだと思います。

Cons:

TVのリモコン電池が入っていなかったり、TVの信号線が外されていたが、簡単に復旧。推定だが、以前の客のイタズラか。

It was fine just flat pillows for use.
Pros:

Very spacious and close to two eating places. Bus shuttle is right out in front that takes you straight to Heathrow Airport.

Cons:

There is no early check in even an hour early. Made us wait until 3pm.

Pros:

Saved us when our flight from Heathrow was cancelled. Very comfortable room and good breakfast at a great price. Excellent connection to the airport.

Nice hotel
Pros:

Good location close to the airport for a stay when arriving with a late flight. Easy access from the airport by bus. Room was quite spacious and clean.

Cons:

There was smell of cigarettes in the room, which was quite strong and disturbing. This is rare nowadays. Cleaner should have noticed this, so really not acceptable to give a room with cigarette smell for a family.
There were no vegetables or fruits served at the breakfast, nothing fresh except two apples in a basket.
