Bring your own duster to this filthy room.
Pros:

The area that the hotel is located in is very quiet. Checking in was straightforward and easy.

Cons:

The room was filthy. In particular, the desk on which the television sits was covered in what I presume must be several months' worth of dust. It was so dust-covered, I was actually able to write the word "subscribe" with my finger in the dust (I happened to be filming a video for social media, so this was opportunity to have a joke at the accommodation's expense). The walls were also very thin and you could hear noise from the other rooms - although none of the other guests were making much noise, so I was lucky on this occasion.

Pros:

The room is basic but it was clean overall and beds reasonably comfortable. Fine for a one night stop on our way back home from the Highlands.

Cons:

The general areas of the building (corridors etc) were really grimy and made a terrible first impression.
The room was clean but the shower cubicle (which is very small) was in need of a good scrub in places.
The restaurant downstairs was closed for kitchen renovations but the general state of the above common areas would have put me off eating there anyway.

It had everything we needed. Easy to access and the room was of good size. Free and spacious parking was appreciated.

It's with a Nepali - Indian cuisine restaurant. Helpful staff , delicious food.
Decent stay, toilets and shower room are small but it won't bother for a day or twos usage.
