We have stayed in the ibis hotel before. We will be be back again. The hotel is located in a fantastic area . As a family of a teenager we love the fact the hotel is extremely local to The jet center but also great places to eat . We have never actually eaten in the hotel restaurant but the hotel itself is an incredible base. We have stayed in hotels in a lot of countries and never had such a quiet night's sleep . Never hear a loud voice as people walk past your room and there is never door slamming or loud door bangs . It's just an all round great place to get a comfortable, quiet sleep . Central to all the great tourist attractions and plenty of shops if you just fancy a browse lots to do in the Jet center. I truly don't think there's a better hotel that meets our family needs in that part of Northern Ireland.

Nothing. It did what it said on the tin
Beds were comfortable and room was very clean. Plenty of towels. Close to shops that stay open late. Plenty of free parking. Pleasant staff.
Very little choice with teamaking facilities. No choice of tea and only decaf coffee. Would have liked 2 pillows on each bed.
The retail park location was incredible.
Several items of my clothing including an expensive Under Armour top have gone missing. Staff entered and cleaned my room without me asks or giving permission. Theft is not on!
Room clean & very stylist. Great size for 4 people. Bathroom clean. Breakfast very tasty. Staff friendly

Slow breakfast service one of the days then came parts not cooked correctly. Also 1st night meal very rude staff member.
