gutes Hotel für London
Pros:

Lage ist zwar etwas abgelgen, aber Buckingham Palace, Westminster sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen (ca. 15 min), Frühstück hatten wir nicht, Bad war ausreichend groß

Cons:

Treppenhaus sehr eng, keine herzliche Begrüßung

I recommend this hotel as it is well located, safe, comfortable, and well decorated and well priced.

It was comfortable, clean, and well decorated. The location was nice as well.

Cons:

I asked if I could use an iron and he told me to bring it back that same evening. I wish he would have offered to pick it up if he needed it back that evening.

La ubicación cerca de Victoria y colchones cómodos

Cons:

Habitación para 4 extremadamente pequeña , no había espacio para andar, sin servicio de habitaciones,armario muy pequeño es muy caro para lo que ofrecen, solo puedes dejar las maletas en consigna pagando 5 libras por cada pieza

Wouldn’t stay here again
Cons:

I was very disappointed with my stay. The hotel staff were consistently rude, unhelpful, and came across as hostile throughout my visit. Simple requests were met with poor attitudes, and I did not feel welcomed as a guest. Customer service is a key part of any hotel experience, and unfortunately the staff’s behaviour significantly impacted my stay. I would not recommend this hotel based on the level of service I received.

Clean safe nice
Pros:

The room was compact but clean. The only problem was that as a basement room with a skylight the room got very light and I woke up early. A blackout blind would be good
