insgesamt waren wir zufrieden für den Preis kann man wirklich nichts sagen waren nur einige punkte die gestört haben
Pros:

Die Lage war sehr gut. Die Betten waren auch sehr komfortabel. Das Badezimmer ist modern eingerichtet und die Preis-Leistung ist super.

Cons:

Es war nicht so sauber sehr viel staub und man musste auf sehr viele sachen aufpreis zahlen( stecker, gepäck, ect…) zimmer war relativ klein

We would definatelly recommend to friends and stay again on the next visit to London.
Pros:

An exceptional location close to public transport with multiple options (bus, tube, bikes) to travel around the city. Friendly staff and easy access to property at all times.

Very unwelcoming stay
Pros:

The room was comfortable, and adequate. The location was good.

Cons:

The hotel staff on reception was unfriendly and unwelcoming. On arrival, I was asked for ID immediately. I've never had to do that when arriving at a hotel in London. Filling out a form, yes, but not ID. I then had to fill in a tiny slip of paper too. It was very unprofessional and odd.
The bathroom was mouldy by the tap. The room was not clean with very dull lighting , and stuffy. I couldn't open the window. The walls were paper thin and I could hear voices everywhere from neighbouring rooms.
There was no water in the room or in the hotel.
In the morning, I asked to leave my bag. Typically, I was just informed how much it would cost to do so, and would have to pay £5 , in cash. And would have to collect my bag by 6pm.
A most unpleasant, horrible experience. Would never stay here again.

Pros:

Perfect location, room clean and functional, but small.

Cons:

I had stayed in this hotel before and picked it again because of this experience. This time I had a room in the basement with no window. I was surprised and a warn that this would even be possible would have been nice. Tube audible in the room. Air stuffy, but a/c working. Staff indifferent to guests, not very friendly or helpful.

Thought your staff could of been more welcoming
Pros:

Location only!

Cons:

Sent to a room with no window down stairs hot and no remote For the aircon . Asked to move and sent up 3 floors with our bags..(stairs only) there could have been more help from the staff .. after we travelled from Australia it did not put a good start on our holiday

Recomanat! Cèntric i accessible.
Pros:

Hotel molt ben ubicat, tenint en compte que Londres és una ciutat tant gran.
Barri tranquil i londinense, carrers bonics.
El llit era molt còmode, l'habitació no molt gran però suficient espaiosa i el bany nou i net.
Es pot carregar el telèfon sense necessitat d'adaptador UK, hi ha entrada de USB i tipus C.

Cons:

En 1 de les 2 habitacions que vam reservar, el bany feia una mica d'olor a cloaca; però soportable.

Små værelser med god beliggenhed.
Pros:

God beliggenhed i roligt område, men tæt på spisesteder og Victoria station.

Cons:

Man skulle betale 5 £ pr. Taske man ville have opbevaret efter check ud. Det mærkelige var, at man kun kunne betale kontant, så vi skulle også betale et gebyr på 5£ for at hæve kontanter i hæveautomaten. Det er det eneste på hele vores tur til London vi har skulle bruge kontanter til. Alle andre steder kan man betale med kort.

Værelset var meget lille, men fint, når man alligevel er afsted hele dagen.

Cons:

It’s not clean. Really gross old carpets. Loud. Staff very weird, asked for cash payments for very rudimentary things like keeping the bags in reception for a few hours. Polyester sheets. Room was cold.
