Correcto para dormir y ducharse
Pros:

La comodidad de la cama y el baño

Cons:

Que nos hicieron pagar 5 libras por maleta para guardarlas, no nos hicieron la habitación porque “solo” eran 3 noches, tenías que bajar a la recepción a pedir toallas limpias y papel higiénico. Al no hacer la habitación las papeleras estaban llenas durante toda la estancia con lo que eso comporta

Pros:

Good location and good air conditioning. Good water pressure in shower and temp was good.

Cons:

Rooms are far too small, no chairs, no place for your bags or to put clothes for 3 people in the family room, you need to live out your suitcase amd it makes it uncomfortable. No Shelving in bathroom or space for toiletries. Very very small, makes for uncomfortable living.

Nice and clean and great location, staff lacked friendliness
Pros:

Very confident location and the room and property were nicely decorated and clean.

Cons:

For the amount we paid, the room was extremely small and the receptionist was very unwelcoming and not friendly at all.

Location was great. It was clean and Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Staff were extremely rude. No greeting upon arrival.
The property was unsafe, someone try to forcibly enter the room at 2am. There was no swinging chain or deadbolt inside the Room. I was banging loudly on the inside door to deter the intruder.
They requested 5 pounds per Suitcase to keep in lobby after checkout and 10 Pound for 1 hour late checkout. These fees were not mentioned anywhere on the booking site.

Lovely except the situation when checking out
Pros:

The property was central, loads of places to eat and public transport links. The hotel was lovely and clean. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The only thing that I didn’t like about the property is that we asked to keep our suitcases there for the day while we go and explore London, the man on reception charged us £5 per suitcase to keep it them there until 4pm. We had to pay in cash only and the gentleman cashed the money in is pocket. This has left a really bad impression and we won’t be booking in the future which is unfortunate as our stay was lovely.

Pros:

Close to Victoria Train Station and Victoria Coach Station. Also close to restaurants etc.

Clean and comfortable hotel. Very close to tube station. Cafes and bars nearby
Pros:

Great location near Westminster, smallish rooms but very clean and comfortable. We had to check out very early to attend the event we were there for but were able to leave our bags at the hotel and then returned later to change and carry on with the day. There was a charge of £5 per bag which we were happy to pay.

Possibly a hook for a towel in the bathroom

Suitable for a weekend break
Pros:

Location of the hotel is fairly central. Rooms were very well air conditioned - the standout of this hotel in the London heatwave.
Shower was good.

Cons:

Rooms are very small. Three of us (adults) stayed in a quad room and it was super tight, with barely enough room for bags. Wouldn't have suited four adults.
Our tiny bathroom had a sliding door that didn't close properly.
