Great value for money for a short stay, friendly staff
Pros:

The property was clean and comfortable. Easy check-in. Didn’t meet any staff while we there (we weren’t there for long though!) but they were incredibly accommodating and helpful when we needed to amend our booking to one night instead of two and letting us check-in early too.

Cons:

The property was fine for what we needed and we knew what we were booking, so nothing not to like really!

Tiny room & bathroom.Uncomfortably hot. Good location, not great facilities in room.
Pros:

The location was exactly where we needed to be and there was free parking.
The towels and linen were clean.
The keyless entry made checking in and out seamless.
Whilst we didn't need to use it, the communal kitchen was of a good size.
The description of the room was accurate.
The fridge in the room.

Cons:

Whilst I'm sure this property was top notch when it was first converted into rented rooms, it clearly needs some tlc.
The decor, whilst done in good taste, is in need of some cosmetic repairs.
There was damp in the ceiling of the very cramped bathroom and the shower is very small.
The bed was very low, not much more than a foot from the ground and the mattress had obviously seen better days, as it was pitifully uncomfortable.
Whilst the weather was indeed warm when we visited, the room itself was hotter than a greenhouse despite having the small window opened.

A good stay at a fair price
Pros:

Selma was very helpful before we arrived. The shower was great . The room was clean and spacious. The kitchen and dining area.
A lovely walk through the park to cathedral.
We are grateful to have seen our daughter graduate

Cons:

Wè needed a fan.
Area outside was dirty

We felt we did everything… culture, shopping, visiting friends & relatives, eating out, a beach trip
Pros:

Location perfect, half way between city centre and relatives. Pub & cafe in easy walking distance. The building was very hot & stuffy but it’s especially hot outside at the moment. Fans were provided & they helped massively; and windows opened but bottom floor room we wouldn’t leave the window open over night, therefore it was a hot stuffy night but no more so than our home.

Cons:

It would have been really helpful to have a fridge in the kitchen, and some icecubes in a freezer.

Definitely somewhere I would consider staying again.
Pros:

Convenient location between the town and Anfield so ideal for the gig. Good said room, tea and coffee facilities and a nice shower room.

Cons:

Very small window opening on to the back of the property and covered with a tree so very little light in, and on one of the hottest nights of the year, this prevented any air getting in.
There was no fan or air conditioning so I’m very glad we brought a small desk fan.
Also the fridge was only just cool, not cold.

Great place to stay over night with a car
Pros:

Cons:

Ground floor, getting off house room.
Small window but couldn't open the blinds as window was clear so people would have been able to see into the room and couldn't open the small window for fresh air as people directly outside.

convenient and clean comfy rooms close to the city centre
Pros:

room was so comfortable and bathroom was fantastic. the owner responded quicker and helpfully when i had issues with accessing the key. its right outside a bus station with frequent buses to the city centre. parking is free on the street

Cons:

the apartment is in kind of a dodgy looking area, dirty streets, some drug affected people walking around. but i parked my rental car on the street for 4 days with no issues. and walked from the bus stop from the town center back to my room with no issues. just something to be aware of. no lift to top floor so be aware if you have heavy bags like me
