Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt und würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.
Pros:

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt. Unser Zimmer war meinem großen Doppelbett und einer großen Zudecke ausgestattet - sehr angenehm und gemütlich. Das Badezimmer verfügte über eine schöne Regendusche.
Das Frühstück war typisch englisch mit einem klassischen English Breakfast. Das Brot war sehr sauber mit einem Tuch abgedeckt, außerdem gab es frisches Obst und der Kaffee war wirklich lecker. Die Servicekraft hat immer nachgesehen, dass alles sauber und ansprechend aussah! Für einen guten Start in den Tag war das Frühstück auf jeden Fall ausreichend.
Sehr positiv hervorzuheben ist auch der tägliche Zimmerservice. Das Reinigungspersonal war jeden Tag da und hat sich auch darum gekümmert, dass das Bett wieder ordentlich gemacht wurde.
Die Lage des Hotels war für uns perfekt. Eine Busstation sowie die Underground waren in nur etwa zwei Minuten zu erreichen. Auch zahlreiche Supermärkte und Restaurants befinden sich direkt in der Umgebung.

Lovely staff, great size room very comfortable bed, clean great, location and good parking facility

Cons:

No alcohol served, no bacon or pork sausages served at breakfast, I do however understand this is due to religion and I totally respect that, so this would not put me off staying again.

Disgruntled
Pros:

Nice size room and location.

Cons:

We had a king size room, the room smelt of damp from the wet room when you first walked in. The shower flooded as the drain didn't drain properly meaning that you couldn't use the toilet after showering. The problem is long standing as the door frame had swollen and the door wouldn't close. The TV didn't work either. Reception's answer was to dry the floor and make a towel dam around the shower area to stop the flood. The TV wasn't fixed.
