Sehr zuvorkommendes und freundliches Personal. Bei Ankunft haben wir den Parkplatz vorab für die gesamte Dauer bezahlt, wodurch wir auch als der Parkplatz voll war einen Platz erhalten haben. Angenehme Umgebung, viele Cafes, guter Anschluss an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel

Excellent stay
Pros:

The property was clean and the amenities more than adequate. The staff were super friendly and the lady who checked me in (I’m sorry I didnt grab her name) was very helpful making the process very smooth.

Overall A good experience and i would use again.
Pros:

Rooms were clean and tidy and the bed was very comfortable

Cons:

At Breakfast, Utensils seemed a bit all over the place. Set the tables so I'm not spending 10mins looking for items. Otherwise all ok.
The touch sensitive controls in the room will confuse the older generation, but i liked them.

Chosen hotel for wembley event visit.
Pros:

Very modern hotel, great location to tube, very helpful staff, good room standards. Nice breakfast selection. Good wetherspoons nearby, and excellent choice of eateries.

Cons:
